Fantastic service! Quick and affordable. The guy's working up front were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They let me know what extra work my car might need without being pushy or dramatic. Highly recommend!

I usually use this location for simple things like oil changes and inspections but attempted to use them for a catalytic converter/O2 sensor repair. They quoted me $2704.02 for parts and labor. Parts alone came to $2089.98. Did my own research and found the exact OEM parts for my vehicle and purchased them on my own for $339. Took them over to PepBoys (right around the corner) and they put them on for $404. Total for the repair: $743 and no more check engine light! Meineke refused to put the parts on because I apparently cut deeply into their exorbitant mark-up. Bottom line: do your own research and go to an auto parts store (I use Advance Auto) or buy on-line and take them to Pep Boys and save big! I saved $1961.02. Not to shabby! 3 stars because of their ridiculous mark-up on parts.

When you get your state inspection, they only sent me a text instead of calling. They gave me multiple upsells, not saying that one or more is required to pass inspection. I went to pick up the car because the text said it was completed, and I was told I needed to approve more work. Very frustrating. Every other car place calls if there is an issue.

They did a thorough job looking my truck over and gave me their assessment of what they found and how much it would cost. Upon approval, they got to work, fixing some minor issues that popped out along the way. They kept me in the loop with the repairs which were made professionally and honestly

I highly recommend this Meineke for services! I had technicians Rob and Tako help out and wow. Superb customer service! So personable and it felt like they genuinely wanted to help my problem, not just to make a buck. They also took the time to educate me on the car issue as well, and that feels invaluable. I will be going to this Meineke for all my car needs.

I went to get a diagnosis for my car to see what was going on and to get my AC recharged, I was expecting to get it diagnosed and come back another day depending on what needed to be fixed, when I got the call back they knew exactly what was wrong(loose part connected to the transmission that needed to be replaced) and got the part the same day and it was fixed in a matter of ours and didn’t cost an arm and a leg either! The techs were so nice greeting me and explaining what was going on and needing to get done. Plus my AC work AMAZING now! I recommend this Meineke to anyone needing their card fixed/looked at. By far the best experience I’ve had taking my car anywhere.

I've been to this shop specifically multiple times for issues big and small. All the guys that work here are honest and clear about what they do, why they do it, and if there's something that needs to be done now or can hold off for later, they tell you. They additionally get the work done in an extremely timely manner. I can't recommend them enough for all the different needs you may have for your car.

called on friday about an issue i had with my heater hose popping off. saturday morning i dropped it off at 8 am and i was back on the road by 5. for the first time ive ever had to on my own take my car somewhere im very pleased with meineke. im not sure of the guys name who helped me but he was very sweet and respectful. as i stated before this is my first time paying for something on my car in this nature so im not sure if the price was fair but i told myself whatever it was ill pay for it. it was less than 1,000 if that tells you anything! thank you meineke!!

Meineke did a great job of replacing my brake pads, rotors, and calipers, as well as repairing a leak in my exhaust pipe. While their material and labor costs were a bit more expensive than other mechanics I did estimates with, their staff, specifically the service advisor Tako, was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to thoroughly explain the issues and repairs to me. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated their patience and clear communication. The combination of their expertise, friendliness, and transparency gave me confidence in the work and justified the additional cost.

My husband and I have used this meineke location on and off over the last 10 years. Always a good experience. I went recently for a sound test to see what is going on with my car, Rob was super helpful and so polite, he is great with customers, I was there for maybe 30-45 minutes and he really made everyone leaving happy. He is very thorough with his work, honest, and helpful. Truly makes the difference. Thank you guys!

The last time I visited Meneike, I was not happy with their service. I had them put in a catalytic converter in January 2023. April 2024 I had to take my car back to them twice to repair the converter and had to go back a third time. They informed me that it wasn't the converter, but it the engine and that I should take it to the Dealership. I did that and it wasn't the engine. Meineke put in a converter that was not compatible to my car. Meineke would not fix it unless they charged me and that I will need a new engine. I will never take my car to them again.
