I made an appointment on Tuesday to have my car inspected at 10:30 a.m. I arrived a few minutes early, checked in an the technician told me that it would be about 30 minutes. I walked around the shopping center and returned in about 30 minutes. Five minutes later my car was ready. Everyone was very polite, and I was fully satisfied with the service.

Carl is amazing! I am so impressed with the speed and customer service! Very affordable will be back!!! Just a little disappointed. I went back to have the other fix on my car completed. I never declined it I just did not know until I was picking my car up. Carl said I could come back and have it fixed another time I figured alright. I needed my car to get to work that week so okay. It would be fine and just to get back when I could. Well that was 1/6/2025 today is 2/1/2025 I’m off so I call to see if they could fix it he’s like yeah if you can drop it off we will get to it. I’m like perfect. Go inside and something is like just ask him how much it will be he says $270…I say never mind why because I still had the paper in my car. Carl is wonderful I know that this is a company policy thing and out of his hands. But I had planned to come to Meineke exclusively and that’s been ruined. I get businesses have to make money. I just thought the price would be the same not 100 dollars more. Because of Carls great customer service I am only taking one star off but if this was anywhere else I’d be down to 2 or 3.

Good service and employees, but don’t use automated appointment system! I got notice only by text (no phone call as is normal) so close to closing time on Saturday that I wasn’t able to get to the store before 4pm close. Had to get it Monday, after a Friday drop-off! I like this mechanic but this was a very frustrating experience. If a car is done very close to closing time, a phone call is essential. Be sure to ask for a call when the car is ready, if you want one.

They did fast work. I needed a new battery and a new blinker bulb. When I came to collect my car they informed me that I didn't need a new blinker bulb, it must have just been a sensor reading due to the low voltage in the battery. I appreciated the honesty. On the other hand, when I got in my car to drive away, I noticed that they had left their diagnostic computer on my driver seat. Seemed weird. What was weirder was 80 percent of the stuff that had been in my center console was on my front passenger seat. There was absolutely no reason for them to have even opened that compartment. I know that human curiosity is a thing, but when you are a professional you are supposed to suppress it. I have had many good experiences with this location, but it was weird and violating to come back to my car with my stuff obviously rifled through. They didnt take anything but they did nose around a bit.
