I was in the Tigard shop last weekend. Evan and Ryan did a fantastic job on my truck. I can not explain how efficient and helpful they were fixing my trck. I have been a customer for 8 years and I have been always treared like a king. Thanks to the management and these two Gents helping me on an emergency basis. My experience at Meineke in Tigard, Oregon was nothing but positive. Nathan at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and informative. The young man that worked on my car was professional and diligent. I would use their services again any time.

The oil change went very well! All the mud plate bolts were removed and replaced properly, the reminder was reset for my next oil change and windshield sticker applied with all the correct information, the oil dip stick showed the correct level upon exit, and the cost was reasonable as is typical for this particular Meineke vehicle repair shop. Hence the Five Star Rating is quite accurate, so keep up the great work for all your customers similarly. Best~ Rob and I'll see you again in 5K mikes or prior if other repair work needed.

Came here after some other mechanics failed to fix an oil leak. They were honest and extremely understanding. Had me fixed up the next day. I don't think I've met nicer and more competent mechanics in my life. Like seriously, you will never regret going here.

My car's taillight/turn signal lamp was replaced quickly and competently by Evan, and he brought to my attention that the connector showed signs of heat/burnout. If it were not replaced it could damage the entire electrical system. They ordered the parts and repair was done at my convenience when they arrived. I really appreciate their friendly, fair, kind and respectful service!

Thanks to the Guys at the Tigard shop!! I pulled in without an appointment to diagnose a noise I was unfamiliar with, and they got me in right away, the next day! Manager was rude, condescending, unprofessional. The brake job was $1200 $ and bolts in rotor were all loose and 1 missing. Deadly place to risk any work done period, when asked to resolve this manager lied, and could care less rudely.

The guys at Meineke in Tigard are awesome. I have had my car serviced here for the last 2 yrs. They do good work, don’t try to push sales, and honest about work that needs to be done. Matthew and Ryan run a good shop!

This was my shop for over 5 years. Matt always looked out for me, giving me the essential fixes and putting things on my radar to plan for. Ryan was great too. Quality people who care about their customers. You do pay extra for their guarantee, but I never had any of my 3 vehicles they maintained break down. Just moved 1850 miles away and didn’t worry one bit because they fixed the essentials. Just me, I’d rather pay a national chain extra for their guarantees and have them know me and my vehicles over the years. You really shouldn’t shop around too much for a mechanic or a barber once you found one. And believe me, Matt is a standout guy!
