Front desk guy was super nice and helpful, and they got the work done in a very timely manner. 2 star deduction because I made a very specific request for them not to do something to my vehicle, and they did it. Front desk guy took full responsibility for it and I was even given a refund. Very happy with the result. The other star reduction is because they obviously gave my personal information to an outside company and now I’m getting spam text messages. I just got a text message about WWE tickets from Meineke. I did not agree nor was I asked if I wanted to be signed up for spam messages.

This place is great. I go there for all my oils changes and inspections. The mechanics are very honest and helpful and don't try to upcharge. They gave me free advice on how to fix the power steering in my car myself. The service is top notch. If I ever need any major work I will go to them first. Highly recommend.

My previous auto body shop discontinued auto service and recommended Meineke Car Care on Steubenville Pike in Robinson Twp. I was very pleased with their outstanding service. Not only did they take me the same day I called, but Mitch (mechanic) went above and beyond checking for all possible causes. I am very satisfied with their service and timeliness and will continue to go there with all my vehicles for service. I highly recommend them!

Mitch and his crew are the best! Fast, efficient and maybe most important they are very trustworthy and kind! An exception to the rule! You can trust them! Always knowledgeable and willing to suggest any alternative if possible! Went in today for front breaks...happy to be sent home with no need for brakes till late summer! Honest and certainly not about the money! Update in December 24 Again life savers! When engine service lights and oil change indicated came up on way home from drs appointment i drove straight to Mitch and crew! No appointment but they immediately brought car in and diagnosed properly. My dip stick had been broken off sometime in past so after oil change and flush they made a new appointment for day after xmas and continued with complete engine flush and replacement of dip stick. It took over an hour of diligent work to remove old broken stick, but successfully removed and replaced. They did another oil change and with confidence assured me all would be well ! They did recommend another flush and change in February to complete the flush and maintainence. It's always a great visit with such caring knowledgeable professionals! Couldn't recommend any higher!

We are new to PA and cannot express how much we love everyone here! They are professional, honest and their prices are very fair! I never have a problem reaching anyone when I call and making an appointment is always super easy. Their service and prices are top notch compared to Hyundai dealership (Our car is still under Hyundai warranty and only has 20k miles). Hyundai was going to charge us $180 to diagnose our pulsing brakes, but Meineke does free diagnostic tests! Their inspections are also cheaper than Hyundai’s as well. We will only take our cars here from now on! Thank you to everyone at Meineke for your exceptional services!

Meineke, Robinson Twp location, in my opinion is the only place I will take my vehicle for now on. Not only were they exceptionally friendly but were knowledgeable and professional as well. They have gained my trust and business. Would recommend to anyone who is afraid of being taken advantage of.

So today I went to meineke in Robinson for a inspection and everything went beautiful quick and easy the service advisor Mitch was outstanding showing professionalism aswell as courtesy was a great dude to talk to as-well as very honest and respectful of me and my vehicle and I really appreciate that I recommend anyone to come here from oil change to inspections to tire maintenance these guys are awesome!
