Donovan and Sherry were both fantastic! They were extremely helpful, and both were a breath of fresh air in a world full of grumpy people. They answered all of my questions and did so without a single gripe. We need more people like them working EVERYWHERE! Would recommend this location without a second thought

They got me right in for an oil change. The assessment of repair needs was emailed so I could take time to look at what needed to be done and the prices before deciding. I had a great experience having my Subaru serviced.

I needed a last minute oil change for my car before leaving next day to Flagstaff and I saw a very low oil level. Fortunately I found this shop near my house and they took care of my car. Very happy with this place.

(I wish you could rate zero stars) I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this Meineke location. I took my car in for a motor replacement, which I was told would take 3 to 4 days. Instead, it took an entire month. When I finally picked up my car, I noticed warning lights on the dashboard, and there was an unusual noise. The team reassured me that it was due to the extensive repair and “reset” the lights manually, claiming everything would adjust with time. Within a week, the lights reappeared. When I called back, they asked me to bring the car in again, keeping it for two more days. This time, they told me that my car required a software update, which they were unable to perform. They suggested I take it to a dealership for the software work, despite it all being part of my warranty. After scheduling an appointment at the dealership, they conducted their own diagnostics. To my shock, they found $6,500 in damages caused during the motor replacement, including missing bolts and an improperly attached control arm bar—significant issues that make the car unsafe to drive. When I informed Meineke as a courtesy, I spoke with the manager, Sherry, who seemed indifferent to the situation. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to reconsider. Their handling of warranty claims and lack of accountability have left me facing extensive repairs due to their poor workmanship and insufficient customer service. Please, do not trust them with your vehicle.

I went in with my check engine light on. The team did a full inspection and discovered a couple of problems. Parts were ordered and my car was fixed in a matter of 3 hours, start to finish! So thankful to their team of mechanics/customer service workers for making my car safe so I can transport my littles safely! They were so kind and welcoming to my hyper toddlers. Customer service was above and beyond! Will definitely go back, and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Brought my car in here for a simple tire change and balance. When I dropped my car off I showed the employee the 4 new tires I brought in to be installed, he confirmed they can install them and quoted me 1.5-2hours for the job to be done. I called the shop twice, kept getting the run-around, stated that they are pulling in my vehicle and it should be done soon. 4 hours later and they still have my car up on the lift. I then get a call stating they are unable to install the tires since they are “low profile tires” and their tire machine cannot install these. Wish I was told about this “limitation” with their tire machine equipment BEFORE I brought my car in. I got my car back 4 hours later, without any of the new tires installed, and missed an appointment I had at 1pm because of it. They couldn’t even air up one of the tires after they took it off my car so I ended up leaving in worse shape than I came in. Terrible experience, poor service, very disappointed.

타이어 2개 교체했는데 괜찮은 타이어 한개를 교체해버렸고 다시 교체하면서 타이어 흠집나버리고 센서도 부셔져서 경고등 뜨고 운전시 진동은 더 심해지고 경고등은 냐중에 차차 없어진다는 말도 안되는 대답이나 하고 다시 가지고 오니 4개다 교체해야됐었다고 하는데 2개는최소 1년은 오케이. 변명만하고 다른건 몰라도 타이어 교체는 여기서 절대 하지 마세요. 시간도 30분 걸린다거니 2시간이나 걸림 센서 . 다시방문 센서 다른게 오래돼 교체한다더니 교체안하고 거짓말한것 같음. 운전하다가 센서 경고 다시뜸. 문제있던 운전석 뒤쪽 타이어 센서가 문제라고 다른 타이어점에서 체크해줌. 완전 문제많음. 교체해준다고 다시 오라고함. ~

타이어 교환했지만 엉뚱한 타이어 교환하고 다시 장착할땐 타이어 상하고 센서 고장까지나 교체했다는데 2번이나 경고등 나와서 다시 방문해야돠는 상황 타이어 교체는 여기에서 절대 추천 안합니다.

I came in for an oil change and they told me my car that's a year old needed $4000 worth of work! They quickly sent over various texts and emails with financing options, and were telling me I needed to get the work done ASAP. I left and started looking over the papers they gave me, one of the charges was for over $200, just to change out my windshield wipers. Autozone or walmart changes them out for free and they start at $14. They were wanting to charge over $200 to change my air filters which is the easiest thing to do on your own(the owners manual shows you or youtube)my brake pads they wanted almost $600, I bought and replaced them for under $60. Walmart has an auto care center and they are reasonable with their prices.

I have had to bring my car into Meineke a few times in the last month and a half. They've always been very helpful in ensuring the work is done correctly on my car and are able to answer the various questions I have. They also ensured my car is all ready for me to make the drive from Phoenix to Omaha! I really appreciate the friendly service I've received!

They had my jeep compass for two days all they came up with was both the auxiliary battery and the main battery was dead! Said they needed to replace both cost of $620 I declined. Auxiliary under warranty got that replaced and bought a new battery still the same issue. Nobody thought what would cause this? Managed to drive to O'Reilly auto parts the code read starter relay 3 my jeep still sitting in a parking lot they could have but didn't. I will fix it myself! learned my lesson! Only auto nation from now on! Never will I go to menieke.ever again

Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a Groupon for $59. Upon arriving, I was told there would be an additional $22 charge. I am kind of shocked as I asked how much the regular oil changes were and they told me it was less than I am being charged. Which obviously took me by surprise as this seems like a bait and switch scenario. They are advertising crisis on Groupon and claiming that you’re getting a discount, after you purchase your Groupon, they charge you an additional $22 on top of the cost at the location which puts you paying over the charges of a full synthetic oil change. Not only did I arrive just after 9:30, I advised I was in a hurry and needed to be out of there quickly so I would make it to work on time. I feed the homeless and any delay stops me from feeding 300 people and it would not be acceptable for me to wait. The insured I would be out of here in time. Rather than keeping their word, I left at 11:21am I now have less than 25 minutes to get to work, which is absolutely unsafe, and people are depending on me. I feel it was possibly intentional because there’s law enforcement gear in my car. If someone has a problem with law-enforcement, you don’t take it out on them, making them late to work or by ruining their day. You do not have much time to make them delayed even longer I am very disappointed The ladies were great After rotating my tires, the check light came on as well

They messed up the oil change on a brand new car causing all the oil to fall out of my car now I have metal all in my engine and they say that’s normal for a brand new car with less then 10,0000 miles don’t bring your car here they don’t take responsibility for the mechanics mistakes I have all the proof if they try and say I did not go there
