Dealing with worst experience of my life dropped my car off October 18th still haven't received it back. Been lied to about General Manager calling reached out to corporate still nothing. Wrong parts not right vin number on parts the compete run around. I would avoid at all cost 4.5 reviews is bullshit.

Dave is always kind, honest and truthful with me. Dave really takes the time to educate me and inform me about my car. Dave goes above and beyond to really ensure that your experience at Meineke is professional and an overall good experience. Dave does his best.

In the neighborhood, easy to get to. Willing to repair an old car. Very reasonable prices. I trust their work and am happy to take my car there. You can't make an appointment, just drop off your car.

I thought they did a good job and did not try to overcharge me but they are really bad at estimating accurate times of when things will happen. I don’t expect them to be perfect but I need like an honest estimate. Im an ER nurse and don’t work business hours so I had to find special coverage to come pick my car up because I was told it was ready. When I got there they said, they just had to put the stickers on and it would only take 3-5 minutes- it ended up taking around 20 minutes and I only had coverage for 30. If they had properly communicated to me when it was actually ready, I could have planned better because my coverage in the hospital is limited and I don’t get off until 8pm. When I tried to explain my frustration - they dismissed me and it was really frustrating. They never apologized or took responsibility for telling me the wrong time which screwed over my entire day and risked being terminated from my job :/.
