Extremely disappointed! I came in for a CEL for fuel trim system lean bank 1. They called me back and said I need a new flex pipe. Spent an arm and leg for the flex pipe on my 08 SS impala and CEL came back on the next day for the same code. I will be bringing the vehicle back on Monday. Unbelievable!

Went in for a oil change waiting area was clean. Tamir the associate at the desk was very professional. My service was quick they even put air in my tire. I was pleased with my service.

I went in for a oil change something that should've cost hundred dollars but in end up spending a little more. The professionals caught a few safety issues that would've went horribly wrong had they not took the time to found the dangerous issues. My vehicle drives a lot better and I am very thankful.

Made appointment online and came in on time for brake bleed. After long wait was given a brake inspection report, which I did not ask for, saying I needed master cylinder, power booster, brake lines and 4 calipers. Brake bleed was not done. They told me that if I wanted any additional work, it wouldn't be done until the next day. I assume that included the brake bleed I had originally come in for. The only good thing was that the brake inspection was at no charge. Went to a competitor's service center and paid for a complete brake inspection. They said I didn't need a new master cylinder nor power boost nor brake lines, and only needed one new caliper because the brake bleed screw broke. They found marginal remaining pads and rusted rotors on front brakes and recommended replacement. My total bill for the new front brakes (including some new hoses), one new caliper and a brake fluid flush and bleed was quoted at about 2/3 of the price of what Meinicke wanted to do.

These people have no problem doing shitty work, gaslighting you and taking advantage of naievity. Learn a lesson from me and go anywhere else. I spent $1,400 getting control arm and ball joints replaced. I called with concerns the next day that my car was SQUEALING and rattling. They assured me that I just needed to keep driving it because it was "old parts getting used to new parts" My tires in the front wore down to threads after only 1000 miles. I had replaced them with used tires which wore down to a thread shortly after as well. Once I got 4 brand new tires that started to wear, I knew something wasn't done right. I took it back after a few months of believing the advice that was given to me. They "fixed it" no problem. My car still has no shock and I wasted so much money on new tires that are all ready destroyed.

AMAZING SERVICE! I came here on a whim the other morning because the dealership shop that I usually go to couldn't see me for 2 days. Will at the front desk was so nice, and listened to my concerns. I dropped the car off and received a call within the hour of the problem. They were able to fix the problem immediately and my car was ready 30 mins later. These guys saved me so much time and money I cant thank them enough! I would definitely recommend their service. Thank you for providing excellent service.

Got a flat tire the other day. Brought my car to this Meineke location, which is right by house. William was so friendly, helpful and got my car back to me next day with a fresh new tire! Will definitely be back to this spot 👌

I just wanted to give a shoutout to William at this Meineke! I got booted by PPA a day before my move across the country, and my car started making a weird noise. I thought I’d have to delay everything, but William took me in right away and fixed the problem in no time. You guys are lifesavers—thank you!

Took my 3 year old car (33000 miles) in for an oil change and inspection/emission test/stickers. They called me and said that my brake pads were low and wouldn’t pass, also that my rotors were warped and needed to be replaced, for a total of $1100. Requested pics, and could see what I expected, I did not in any way need new/resurfaced rotors. Told them to have someone else take a look, and was then told I actually didn’t need new rotors/resurfacing, and in fact, just needed new pads. Paid $575 for the pads, inspection, and oil change. High, but way better than the BS initial quote. When I went to pick my car up 8 hours later, it was not finished! An hour later, I was given my keys and left. Made it about 1/2 block before my car alerts/lights were blinking saying my emergency brake was applied, and I could not turn it off. Had to then return my car for another hour for that to be rectified. Bottom line, they will try to rip you off in hopes you will just take their suggestion, and add services you don’t need, they will take all day to do something that takes maybe 1.5 hours even though you drop your car off the minute they open, and then you’ll pick up your car that was “put back together” wrong. Never again. P.S. - they didn’t even rotate my tires after doing the brakes/oil change. PPS- I forgot to mention they stole my lug-nut locks and gave me my car back with each tire missing a nut. Thanks guys!

the staff there was nice but just takes way too long… even with an appointment. i waited 2.5 hours for them to even look at my car. I had a flat tire and the charge was $284 for one new tire after they said a patch wasn’t possible. I ended up leaving with nothing but them putting my spare on for 28$ and going to ADL tires down the street (less than 5min) to get a used one in great condition for $50. rebalance/tire/ labor included in 10 minutes. my whole morning was wasted 🤦🏽‍♀️ but a quick fix from the mom and pop shop saved the day
