Just had my car serviced! The guys went out if their way to make sure my car was serviced and ready for me that day. I’ve been going to Meineke for many years and will continue to do so when they have such great service & people! Thanks for all you do.

Avoid! I had my vehicle serviced and not only was I recommended services that were not relevant, but they used the incorrect products in my vehicle resulting in an entire transmission replacement. Wrong Recommendations Wrong Products find another shop that knows their stuff. After months of battling, I was only reimbursed 65% of the cost to repair the mistakes their negligence caused.

I have used Meineke for years because they have been honest and taken very good care of all my vehicles. I trust them.

They did a good job of bleeding my brakes like I asked them to do but the other things they did in searching for more work to do kind of upset me and made me feel like they were just looking for more ways to reach into my wallet. Before you do a complete inspection like they did they should at the very least ask my permission to do so. Because I don't trust a lot of places and I've had issues with Meineke in the past due to dishonesty and deception. I asked them to bleed my brakes not to do anything else and they did not ask my permission to inspect or look for other work to be done. So because of that I probably will never go back to Meineke again. If they can't show me the respect of asking permission to do other things such as look for other things that need to be done or that they might think need to be done or want to tell me that it needs to be done they should at the very least ask my permission to do so. As it is it just makes them look greedy and dishonest and untrustworthy because they were not even willing to show me the respect of asking my permission before doing anything but what I asked them to do

They were available without an appointment and did a great job and did not use any manipulation or pressure to up sell. The prices were a little high but I guess you have to pay for the convenience.

First time in… great intro price. My only comment would be after telling them about my experience at another local shop about them not topping off my fluids, guess what, my windshield washer tank came back dry…😣

Over the last several years, I have brought all of my vehicles to Oregon City Meineke. The customer service and vehicle services have always been phenomenal. The staff are all honest when answering questions and I appreciate their personable approach. I highly recommend OC Meineke!

They're alright. I scheduled a wheel alignment with them and they couldn't get it done due to tech issues. They did my other services fine though.

Great staff they are super friendly and aren't trying to scam u with extra add ons u don't need. They do the job you request and then inspect the car if other things are needed.

Went on a Saturday to get a DEQ test done, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Very quick and friendly service.

Even on a (hot) holiday weekend, they worked our car in for an AC check and recharge. Friendly throughout. In and out in an hour and twenty bucks less than the estimate. We’re happy.

Great service and I really trust these guys. I needed an oil change in a bit of a rush because of appointments, and they were able to get my Jeep in and out quickly. I will keep coming back and I appreciate their commitment to quality and customer service.

Had A/C issues on the hottest week of the year. Dropped in to Oregon City Meineke and they had the problem solved promptly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend them.

I have been using Meineke Oregon City location for several years. I have had a great experience with their work. Sometimes it can be a little expensive, but they always communicate the cost with me before hand and my vehicle is repaired quickly.

On Friday 6/21/2021 my pickup developed a brake fluid leak, I call several repair shops in the area and no one could work on it. A friend suggested checking with Meineke in Oregon City. I stopped in early Saturday morning and spoke to Jason, he said if I could bring it in they would take a look and let me know what would need to be done. After adding brake fluid I drove down and they took it right in and Jason came out about 20 minutes later to explain the the rear seals were shot, the brakes would need to be replaced do to the brake fluid leaking on them. He gave me a quote for parts and labor and said he could get the part and have it fixed in a few hours. I was surprised that they would be able to do it on Saturday and gave him the ok. Jason called me about 4 hours later to let me know my pickup was ready to go. Highly recommend them. Thanks for the quick service.
