Good experience turned bad. Saw car one day & was told to get battery programmed and to go from there with what needs to be fixed. Literally less than 24 hours later and the morning person telling me that they don’t give quotes on the phone for a vehicle that they have just seen and is in their system. Then to get me off the phone said they would call back with quote 🤔!? All calls after that sent to voicemail. Staff is inconsistent and unprofessional. Needing reliability when it comes to servicing my vehicle!

Horrible location. Was told one thing one day and something different the next. Guy on the phone tried to tell my partner bs not knowing he was on a speaker. After I responded he quickly said he would call back never did then blocked our number. Everytime we’ve called back it goes straight to voicemail. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE OR THIS LOCATION!!!! DISHONEST & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Meineke in Mooresville, North Carolina, is hands down the best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to, and a huge part of that is thanks to Chris, the general manager. From the moment I walked in, Chris went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options before proceeding with any repairs. His attention to detail and genuine care for his customers is unmatched. What really stood out to me was the personal connection Chris made during my visit. My car has NOT been the same since I took it here. Went in for a simple axle change and opted for the financing program . They neglected to tell me it was 188% APR ( which you don’t find out until after repairs are done ) which I then had to use my rent money to pay and I could’ve went somewhere else that was cheaper if I had known …As soon as I drove off the lot , my car started shaking when I made turns. I went back three times that week to get told nothing was wrong with my car . I paid for a diagnosis from TWO seperate car shops that my axles they changed were busted and went back . Despite having that on paper, I was still being told my axles were fine and that I needed to change my brakes and tires when that was not a problem when my car started shaking. You would think they would just listen since I spent $1400 and had it on a photo from one of the car shops of my busted axles. After literally a million times of me insisting my axles were bad , they finally got changed and took away two days of my life. Brakes and tires got changed today and guess what ? Still shaking when I make turns so therefore my car is done for and I’m out $1400.

I recently had my car serviced by Hugo, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! He did an amazing job, quickly identifying and fixing the issue that had been bothering me for a while. They tried to charge me $3,300 for a full brake replacement. Went to Mavis Tires instead and got the job done for $1,600.

had a rattling noise associated with my muffler…turns out it was a bent part under my Suburban. They fixed it without charge. I will definitely be back.
