Excellent service! Brought a used vehicle in to get an inspection before deciding on buy it. They were very thorough on the inspection and talk to us about their thoughts and what they found. Mike at the front was extremely nice and helpful. I would absolutely recommend anyone use this menekie! Love that their family owned and operated

They've failed to call me back twice regarding my vehicle. Very poor communication. Will not return to this location. And keep your pre-programmed automated response to yourself, Meineke.

Came in for Oil change and Coolant Flush. Sat for more than 4 hours. I asked service guy whether they did both oil change and Flush he said yes. I checked the coolant! The job was not done. As a ex-veteran, one thing I don’t tolerate is dishonesty, lack of dignity. It’s not a place to go to

I don’t know how this place got more than 4 stars. I called was put hold 1 st time is Gabe then second time just said please hold 20 minutes later no one came back and answered. I had to hang up! Do not waste your time and money to business who doesn’t respect their customers time.

Didn't try to upsell me at all. Told me exactly what the problems were, what was found, what was recommended for immediate fix and explained why it was important. What was recommended pertained directly with the initial concern and explained what may happen if the fix isnt completed but did not guilt me at any point. Told me what the new price would be if I moved forward with the recommendation ahead of time. NOT A SINGLE SURPRISE CHARGE. Actively tried cheaper options before wanting to go to more expensive fixes. Great prices. I literally will never go anywhere else
