Highly recommend. Very pleasant and accomodating staff. We were leaving Mesa to deliver a vehicle to South Dakota and discovered we had no A/C. They got us in right away in the morning and we were on the road shortly after lunch.

Went in for an inspection and quote on a broken exhaust pipe. Unfortunately there was nothing the team could do to help me that day. They gave me a few options and were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. From the office staff to the technician everyone was nice and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this shop and will be returning with any future issues I may have.

I was told they did an inspection after my oil change.But as soon as I got back in my car the low tire flashed on.It was not on before the oil change. So I asked them to please check my tires again. Then the mechanic that checked my tires said they were dangerously low & implied it was my fault. As I drove off another signal showed on dash &y speedometer was set for kilometers. Not sure I would recommend them to anyone else Front staff was friendly.

Heineken personnel from Receptionist to Mechanic, all were knowledgeable and expertise in getting my A/C back up to par. KUDOS to all. I had reservations ur put my trust in their performance for a job well done and quickly. Highly recommend them for your auto repair.

Friendly owners who are on-site. No pressure to get additional services, but they do make you aware of what's due or needed on your vehicle. Very fair price for synthetic oil changes.

These people are crooks. Went in to get an AC recharge, and my AC showed no sign of improvement. They claimed there were no leaks. I also went in to get a coolant flush, and a few weeks later my check engine light came on and my coolant hoses started having multiple leaks. The shop claimed no responsibility whatsoever. Instead they insulted me with an almost $1500 quote to fix the leaks - which I believe was an issue they caused. I called them to raise my concerns, but the older gentleman who answered kept interrupting me and talking back, ending with "this conversation is over." Poor service! I'll never bring my car back to Meineke ever again because of this.

They were tech savvy and efficient in this area. They might have gotten to my scheduled appointment faster. I was waiting for 3 hours. I AM happy with their service and the technicians though!

This is a great shop and in my opinion reasonably priced. I needed an oil change and they were able set an appointment for me the same day. We had to wait a little longer then planned for the correct filter to be delivered so they immediately offered a bit of a discount for the delay. Good customer service indeed!
