Took my wife's truck in for alignment after I replaced the front struts. The price was reasonable with no surprises. I dropped off the truck, looked around in Goodwill, had a donut and Thai tea at Bosa Donuts all in the same parking lot and when I went back to Meineke the truck was done. I'll take my vehicles there in the future.

Very helpful, professional, knowledgeable staff. No sales pitching. The staff at this Meineke location at Greenfield and University in no way made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. It was a pleasant experience, which is refreshing for a change compared to competitors in the area.

Mike is simply a great person and I trust him to have my back when it comes to my car! I felt understood and educated on my options and what was happening with my car. (And I don’t know if this earlier post ever posted but here’s a more recent one) also a tip of the hat to Ryan (Brian??) for such a quick response jn getting a new tire for my car.

I had a brake light come on. My neighbors recommended Meineke so I called and made an appointment. They did a thorough inspection of my brakes, and thankfully it turned out to be a sensor. Everyone there was very helpful. Knowing that places would take advantage of some individuals, but that was not the case here. I appreciate their honesty and knowledge. I would definitely recommend having service done on your vehicle at Meineke

I was surprised at the honesty of the people there. I went for an oil change but was told I didn't need one they also checked all the fluids, brakes windshield wipers. Very polite will recommend them. Thank you for your kindness.

Staff did a great job of explaining all services to be performed. I was kept updated on status of iol change and tire rotation. The tech explained the issues they found with the cause of oil leak (minor). His theory was that the oil filter was not tightly sealed at dealership. They did not try to up sell unneeded services. It was an awesome experience and am beyond satisfied.

This is a great shop and very reasonable with their pricing! I would definitely recommend them. We have a Fiat and it seems that so many other places want to go high on their estimates, not these guys! Brian and Mike are great!
