Had to come back and change my review! They patched my tire just for it to be flat again 3 days later and upon looking at my invoice they charged me for having to remove and remount my tire which they did not do so my $40 service should’ve only been $10.

Went in to have a tire changed I brought my own tire and the lugs were over tightened and damaged my wheel studs. I replaced them on my own because I couldn’t trust them to even put on a wheel.

PLEASE AVOID, THEY WILL RECOMMEND SERVICES THAT YOUR CAR DOES NOT NEED. Such a ripped off car center. During my first visit, they told me that my car needs the front and rear brake and rotor change with so many other stuffs. I proceeded with what they recommended me to do with the brake which was on the pricy side (>$1000). Then within less than a year, I had another service here for oil change and general inspection. They once again recommended me to get the brake pad and rotor change, which is supposedly replaced every 30,000-60,000 miles, and this was not my case. This is confirmed by another auto center close to my hometown, because they confirmed with me that everything looked fine even the brakes and engine.

The estimated cost was extreme. I owned a Cadillac and I compared the cost and the Cadillac dealer was $700 cheaper.

I had to rate this location with 1 start only, but if it was possible, I would not give them any stars. I had an issue with my vehicle almost 1 week ago, to get fixed. They did diagnosis test to figure out where the issue comes from. They said the issue with the starter motor. They replaced and charged me $888 for it. I knew I was gotten ripped off but I didn’t say anything because I really needed to get repaired on my vehicle. However, I was about to start the vehicle after 2 days. I had the same issue and needed to tow my car to their shop. I arrived the shop with the vehicle then explained to them I still have the same issue. They put on the diagnosis test again then came back with unsatisfied answer. They said I need to take my car to the car dealer to get fixed. I said I was expected they will solve the issue but they wanted me to go to the dealer. I asked them to get refund. They said they can’t refund money. They have said they guarantee 12 months. So, I didnt get fix because they replaced the wrong part and overcharged me. The part cost is $75 and I was charged $888. I am currently contacting to the corporate. They said this location belongs to the private owner but they will assist me to solve in issue. My recommendation is “Do not trust this location.” Because they are not experienced enough. Update 12/23/24: The issue was with the battery on my vehicle, not with the starter motor. During the shop visit, they have misled me by saying that the issue comes from the starter motor. So they replaced the existing working part with the new one for nothing. I bought the jump starter to start the engine. The battery on the vehicle is 5 years old. Basically, if you wanna take your vehicle there, get ready to interact with the less experienced people.

My vehicle steering wheel became very hard to turn.I taken it to Meineke .And the techs begin to look at it and service advisor inform me of the problem..The techs were very knowledgeable about the problem.Thank You.

Stopped in for a flat repair on a Saturday morning. Got me in and out quickly, which was much appreciated. This was my 2nd visit here. The first was an odd ECM issue. They said they would be happy to take my money, but felt the dealers diagnostics was a better route. Their honesty was very much appreciated that time. Highly recommend them.

The other night my tire started losing air at a rapid rate. With a quick search I found Meineke Car CC within 5 mins from where I stopped to check the tire. I saw that they were closing in 9min and rushed over to get the tire checked out. They were very helpful and noted I needed a new tire, left the tire with them to replace the next day and had them installed the spare. Returned the next day to install the new tire and return the spare to the trunk. Everything the team did here for me was quick and easy and a relief of stress I needed to resolve this issue! Thanks so much and would recommend to anyone in need of service in the area.

Meineke on Union Avenue was terrific! I walked in and he immediately remembered me from my phone call earlier that morning. The gentlemen behind the counter were friendly and explained everything very well. I enjoyed not having to drive out to Cordova for my oil change and minor headlamp repair.
