Only place i go to for my car needs. Andy at the front desk is just awesome. Dude never lets me down. Always up for a chat and learns his customer base. Quality work that's very transparent. Love the email with things my car needs now, later, and things that are fine. Comes with pics so I can see what they see. Great place

Great service by Andrew and Brendan. My wife's car broke down in traffic around 330pm. Thinking it was transmission related, we called meineke, and they offered to tow it free. The third-party towing service was having issues with dispatching a truck, but Andrew called me back at 7pm, obviously at home with kids in the background, to say he was still working on it. He ended up calling another company in the morning and got it picked up, diagnosed, and repaired the same day. Turned out to be an improper cv axle, which was installed by another shop a few months back, that came loose and broke. Will be taking my vehicles here from now on.

I have had problems with shops having the supplies on hand to change the oil in my Mini Cooper. Meineke’s friendly and helpful staff made sure they had the supplies they would need for my car before I arrived for my oil change - including the special oil and all the filters. They have a nice space to wait while the job is being done with plenty of complimentary beverages and snacks. Their online appointment setting was easy to use and helped me get my car in when I would usually procrastinate the project. Thank you for the great service and value, Meineke Team!

I have taken my vehicle to Meineke after getting a referral from a business associate. I've had two services completed by them. And both of the services went very smoothly. They are thorough with the explanations of what work was performed. They check your vehicle for future needed service without the pressure of feeling like you have to resolve it right away. They have a waiting area. And they offer service rides of you need one. I am very satisfied with my experience with them and will highly recommend them to others.

Went in for routine oil change and tire rotation. They said all was good and went to leave and noticed one of my wheel studs/bolts was broken. When I brought it their attention they said it was like that when I brought it in and therefore they didn't rotate the tires. Now, mind you, they never mentioned that at all and I assumed they had done the job I paid them for. They then proceeded to deny breaking the stud "100% we did not do that, we have video back there and everything, it's impossible," they said... OK, maybe somebody in management should actually watch that video. The last time I had my tires rotated was at Costco (where they don't torque the lugnuts all the way at first, for those who don't know) and I torqued the lugnuts myself when I got home, they were all there along with wheel studs... Not to mention I check my tires PSI regularly and would have noticed a broken stud. So they fixed the stud "free of charge" and said they rotated the tires (which I kind of doubt, honestly) and now the wheel with the broken stud has a strange brake rattling noise. Very disappointed, will not return and will advise others of the same. They were either lying to my face, completely incompetent, or a mixture of two.
