These guys did great work and it was fast. Had a head gasket that needed replaced so I could get back on the road asap. Prices were reasonable and their communication was excellent. They take care of their customers.

Meineke Car Center on North 48th is outstanding. Devin Oelke, the manager was quick to get my daughter's car towed and in the shop. The diagnosis was quick. Devin made sure to keep me in the loop the entire time. We live 3 hours away so having someone like Devin taking care of things for our daughter brought a peace of mind for us. Her car was fixed and back on the road with very limited time in the shop. I would highly recommend Meineke Car Care Center on North 48th in Lincoln.

New tires, and all fluids flushed. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Devon did a great job making me understand what was being done, why it needed done, and how much it would cost up front. Full transparency was incredible.

I scheduled an appointment for a full synthetic and was in and out in 45 minutes. Very easy and quick process all around. I was looking for a new place to get my oil changed and this might be it! UPDATE: I’ve been a Meineke customer for a minute now, and need to SHOUT FROM THE ROOFTOPS how dang amazing they are. I’ve quite literally never had a mechanic shop (or really many places at all) go the extra mile like they do at our local Meineke. Their customer service is outrageously fabulous, they get things done right and fast, and for someone who doesn’t know much about the car I drive 🙈, they explain things thoroughly and honestly. I’ve never felt like they were feeding me hot air just to make an extra buck. I will forever take my vehicle here, and tell everyone I know to do the same. No dramatics, I’ve had some of the best customer service here that I’ve had at any service or business in a longgg time. shout out to Devon, you rock! 🤘🏻

I had brought my car in due to an issue with the hinges on my back windshield. The service advisor let me know that the issues could be addressed more quickly and more cost effectively at an Auto Glass place and gave me some recommendations. He was so helpful during a stressful time where I was navigating a new to me issue and not sure what to do. They will definitely have my business in the future.

Devon and Eric were great in communicating what was going on with my vehicle. They kept me informed about when it would be finished. Also, they didn't seem to be bothered when I would call in to see what was going on with it either.
