Julie and Brian are amazing. They explained everything in detail about what work my car needed. I did not feel uncomfortable or feel taken advantage of. A few things I was upset about was the tow truck company they use Phenomenal towing, was absolutely terrible, awful customer service. And the $50 surcharge to use my debit card, a few dollars I understand. But… $50 !! Come on Meineke

They quoted me an outrageous price for a simple repair and added unnecessary services called “TOTAL FEES” that I never asked for, blatantly trying to bilk me out of my hard-earned money. It felt like they were running an elaborate scam right before my eyes! I ask Candace about the fee and wanted more information but she replied by saying she couldn’t remove the fee. The next breath place me on hold for 1 minute and told me she removed the fee and sent over a new link with a new amount. The amount she took off was on 40.00 and left 11.60 on the bill for me to still pay. I ended paying the amount and promise not to go back.

As always superior services. #1 with my family!! Service you can trust. Again, another great experience with Tony and his group. I just bought a used car from a dealership and I immediately took it up to Tony and the crew to have them check it out . Turned out that I had a bad left front axle that was leaking grease for sometime so I got to take it back to the dealership and they fixed it would save me well over $500. This location really looks out for their customers.

I had my front brakes serviced. My appointment was for 8am on Saturday. They started on time with an estimate of 9:30 as the completion time. The technicians are professional and courteous. The service was completed on time and I received my senior discount. Good job meineke. 😉
