We had to get our vehicle towed to Meineke for repairs & the person who helped us on the phone was very helpful & friendly, awesome customer service. He contacted us with details & kept us informed. Will definitely go back if needed to.

Well, I had an awesome customer experience with Dan and he seem to have some very nice staff mechanics as well. I went in to get a brake job because I thought I needed pads and or perhaps rotors well as it turned out, they asked me why I thought I needed pads and rotors because everything was fine And I really didn’t need them so I appreciate your honesty. But they did find I needed some work on engine gaskets and an expensive replacement of my rack and pinion which was leaking. Anyway, Dan was great and I got an estimate for $2600 But their labor per hour is $209 which is higher than the dealership which I found out later. Anyway, apart from that Dan did an excellent customer service job and he’ll probably work with me on labor cost at a later date. Thank you guys for some great customer service. Ps : as a Google guide they do have wheelchair, accessibility, entryways, and very nice clean bathrooms.

More than fair and honest pricing. Check engine light resulted in need for tune up on 150,000 mile 2010 Dodge Nitro. Bundled w/radiator & fuel system cleaning

I came in for a $39.99 oil change and left with a $62 charge. Multiple service charges was the reason. I was impressed with their method of showing you what’s wrong with the car, and the level of urgency to repair.This was great until I reviewed my last visit to a different Meineke a few months ago and found no report of a major problem they found at this Meineke. This is what led to my tainted review.My friendly factor is a 2 star.

I always trust Meineke for my vehicle repairs. I have used their service for decades to fix or just diagnose issues. Trustworthy and fair pricing is hard to come by these days.

I had an appointment for an oil change, and my wait time was minimal for my service. I was in and out in about an hour, maybe less. My only objection would be that because of undisclosed fees, the cost was about $25 or so more than I was expecting. Since I was using a $20 off online coupon on what started as an $89.95 oil change, I expected to pay around $75-$80, and my total bill was $99.33. The good news is that they didn't try to upsell me on additional expensive services, like so many auto shops do. I'm not sure that I'll be going back there.

No appt. needed. That was great. Waited 4 1/2 hrs. wait for delivery of part & repair completion… wow that was long. They did an excellent job. They should be commended for job done and work ethic! Superb customer service.

Dan at Meineke (10 Eastern Ave location in Las Vegas) went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Even when other locations said they were not able to help us. We use our vehicle for work so that helped us keep our roof over our heads. We are loyal now forever. Thank You 🙏🏻

Son unos estafadores me cobraron 45 dolares por una inspection y después me dicen que no paso porque necesito comprar gomas y en realidad mi carro no necesita gomas salí de ahí a otro lado me cobraron 25 y paso tranquilamente la inspection no fallando ahí te buscan cualquier pretexto para que gastos más me cobraron a la cara 45 dolares

The work was fine but when I went to pick up my car I was disappointed after spending over 2k that the guy behind the counter was on the phone the entire time and gave no follow up about the work or really talking to me at all. Customer service really needs improvement.
