We made an appointment online and dropped my wife's car off for an oil change. It was done before we even finished grocery shopping. I wouldn't hesitate to come back for the next oil change.

Late on a Friday night I noticed that when I braked hard I could hear an unfamiliar noise coming from my rear tires. I was grateful that Meineke could take care of me on Saturday! They knew just what to do and completed the job within a few hours (while I shopped)….I feel safe in my vehicle now.

I had a great experience. I was a walk-in and they were able to get me in and do my oil change tire rotation, and I was able to drop my car off and they called me once my job was done. They looked at everything and did a thorough inspection of my car. The manager or person who set up my appointment I believe his name is Jason was so kind and so customer service driven. I greatly appreciated that. It’s hard to find good customer service like that. This will be my shop going forward for any of my needs for my car.

The guys at Serene are very thorough with checking everything out and they are extremely friendly and have have a lot of knowledge between all of them and work together as a very good team I wouldn't take my car any other place thank God thanks guys

Brought my 2009 Honda with 180,000 miles on it last Saturday morning and asked for an engine inspection because I believed it was the issue. They performed the inspection and determined the noise and grinding I heard was my Power Steering pump. With the inspection they made me aware of multiple other issues which I expected. They were great about advising me and letting me pick the work I wanted done and completed it same day. This was my second visit to this Meineke and if need be I would definitely use them again. Thanks to Kevin and Austin for their professionalism and communication. Top notch service!

I was helped by Jayson. I got breaks, rotate and an oil change. I feel he did an amazing job and his costumer service was outstanding. As soon as I pulled up he noticed my car and walked up to greet me for the appointment I made. I appreciate you and will be back. Thank you.

The only thing I can say is sad.i a waiting all day for a response from Kimbar and nothing. All I’ve got is another estimate for more work. No resolution to the original work that didn’t get done also Jason is a con. Meineke is over priced and doesn’t care about customer except for terry and Lucas . This company is rip off.

What they advertise is different than there actually do. The rate to repair a vehicle is way out of the normal rates also they create more problems in the vehicle to make the repair work cost more. Never again. My recommendation is to go elsewhere and not meineke Because they lie and take advantage of you.

Went in for just a oil change. They didn't push for other things to be done right away. They told me there was other things that needed to be done but didn't push about, And it's cheap.
