Brought my car in to get an alignment, there were other issues. Bob was so kind in assisting me with getting their card and calmed my worries about my car. Everyone that worked there was so kind in helping me and make sure I was getting the best deals and quality work and parts installed to my car. I am very young and don’t know too much about cards but bob was sitting there assisting me and walking me through the process. When I was still coming up short he went in and made it to where I could afford the work being done on my car. My car was done the next day at noon. I haven’t had issues since. If you need any work done on your car go to this location. They are extremely friendly and efficient. Thank you to the team!

I had an amazing experience with Meineke Car Services while my Dodge Journey in for repairs. From the moment I dropped it off, their customer service stood out. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly about what was being done and when to expect updates, which made the whole experience stress-free. Mean while my car warranty people have not communicated with me at all!! I really appreciated how they took the time to explain the repairs and options, making sure I felt confident in their work. It’s rare to find a shop that not only provides excellent service but also genuinely cares about keeping their customers informed. Highly recommend Meineke for anyone looking for reliable, honest, and communicative auto service!

Very over priced !!!! I went for oil change and they asked for 104$ for that !!! Really? Don't go to them they will do anything to steal your money. Also they don't give you a new sealed oil , instead they have their own big container of oil that pump into your engine. And when you ask them how do I garantee it's a good oil they say our words !!!!! Sorry guys nope I can't trust you. I went to Autozone and bought a full synthetic gallon and a filter and the tool to open the plug and changed it my self. I could do it in walmart but also can't trust them although they are cheaper and friendly.

Always price check with another garage if you go to Meineke! They tried to charge me $1,200 for rear brakes. When I told them I found a garage that could do it for $440 their price suddenly went down to $500. They also charged me $90 for 1 air filter.

Customer service is good, oil change price is sky rocketing but I can’t complain because every other shop will charge you $100 average as well. The only problem I have is that you guys lie about the tire rotation. The last two times I have been here I’ve been lied on, you don’t do it. How do I know? Because my right front tire looses pressure and I have not fixed it, the tire is still in the same position, that’s how I know that you guys don’t rotate them.

I chose to have my truck towed to Meineke in Henderson, NV since they were the only shop that said they could work on my truck right away. This was important since I broke down between Jean and Primm, NV and needed a place to tow it to. When we arrived they got to work immediately and even though they had to order parts for the repair, parts were delivered within 20 min and my truck was back in the road within 1.5hrs. My guy at the front had to be resourceful as his normal parts delivery connection wasn’t available. This was all so important as we were leaving Henderson and heading home when 7 of the 8 lug bolts sheared on my front tire on the 15fwy. I’m grateful for the crew working and their determination to get us back in the road asap. Definitely recommend Meineke Henderson,NV.

I took my 2013 Sienna to Meineke for a simple oil change, and they charged me $140! Be aware of these guys—they are clearly playing with their prices. When I arrived, they started with $90, but after noticing I was in a rush, they came back and increased the price twice, ending up at $140. Maybe they saw an opportunity to charge me an extra $50, but their behavior is unacceptable. I know they’re going to lose thousands for treating customers this way. If they’re this overpriced for an oil change, I can’t even imagine how much they’d charge to repair something on your car. You’d probably have to sell your house to pay for it! Stay away from this place unless you want to be ripped off.

Jonathan, the general manager store manager is awesome. I only go there since it’s open and he’s always is truthful and does a great job. I’ve brought him plenty of business, including my friend that needed $4500 of work done on her car. By far, that is the best store I’ve gone to as far as getting mechanical work done. I never have to worry about them cheating me or overcharging more than It should and Jonathan is by far the best person I’ve had the experience of working with at a mechanic shop. Highly recommended.

Lifesavers! Such an amazing experience here and so thankful for all their help. We were on the way home back to California and still had another 9 hours to go from our trip from Zion. On the drive back I was hearing grinding noises. Online while driving we were able to easily schedule an appointment. We arrived a little after they opened which was a few hours early from our scheduled appointment at the Henderson location and they were able to get us in right away. Within the hour we received the quote for the work to be done along with a phone call with what was found. My wheel bearing had failed and the hub and brakes needed to be replaced. By noon that same day the repairs were done and the car was fixed! It was two days before Thanksgiving and we were able to continue our drive home and did not have to miss Thanksgiving at home with the family. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you Jonathan for all your help! Can't say enough how thankful I am and how happy I am with their service!

Meineke on St. Rose behind Burger King, I took my car there for repairs meet with the manager discussed my problem and the best way to take care it. Meineke and its team of great auto mechanics got right on it. I was very pleased of the work done and how the owner kept in contact with updates on what was happening. They do it all if you have a problem with your car or truck see the guys at Meineke on St. Rose! I am a for every customer! I give them five stars!!

One star is to much. Oil spilled all over my engine telling me a valve cover gasket leaking and all management and upper management refuse to give me my $72 back for the mess that another place cleaned up for them. The management refused to give me Paul and Sons email add and corp is no better. They are horrible to deal with and I use to have good service but not anymore. They upsell you. So go somewhere else do not waist your time. BBB has been notified as well. And my entire social media as well. It's out there that Meineke is horrible.

They tell you one price on the phone, then a different price when you get down there. $25 just to Dismount a tire is a joke. If they'll try to rip me off on something so simple, I can only imagine what they'll do on bigger jobs.

Jonathan and Charles went above and beyond to help my daughters. Jonathan was great at explaining everything to them and giving them advice about the car. Charles is very knowledgable about the car and helped immensely as well! I love that they did not take advantage of two young girls in trouble. They definitely got new customers with us!
