Making several phone calls to get a price on oil changes since I'm on a fixed income. Called Meineke on 1/16/25, 1:53 PM to find out what it would cost for an oil change with me supplying oil & filter. The gentleman on the phone, who didn't give me his name said they don't normally do that except for "regular" customers. If he would have said we don't do that, and left it at that, I would be fine with it. How can you be a "regular" customers if you don't give them service to begin with? Also his district manager was there and he asked him and the district manager, his reply was "no we don't do that". So now I'll be "regularly" advising others not to do business with this Meineke on Rome St. Guess I'll go down the street and use Sun Automotive.

The employees Tony, was very helpful. He told me what needed to be done and the cost and estimated time of completion. No surprises. Everything went as Tony said it would. I recommend Meineke on Rome Road.

They are always soo helpful, and go over every finding and how it affects the car. I was glad they told me about their financing option, they really saved my car when I thought it was a lost cause. Be aware they seem friendly but there definitely 100 percent crooks & overcharging customers for jobs that take 1 to 2 hour will be stretched to 4 to 5 hours for there extra pay. If you google the parts you need replaced on your vehicle and see how non expensive the parts are and ask them why are they charging so much and they will say labor 😂 my advice stop working hard to be cheated from a labor price I was told 3k to fix my car asked why so much if parts so cheap they replied with the most untrustworthy answer labor 😂 went to a shop by strip had same problem fixed for 350$ something is majorly wrong here can't speak for the entire company only for this rome location 😢😭 they know how important people getting to work is and needing there vehicle so them overcharging they know 65 to 75 percent will not investigate what there told from them. and just go ahead and pay to fix there car 😢

Been using this location a few times now rather than the Chevy Dealership. Team Chevrolet charged me a little over $500 for 1 engine coil and got truck back 1.5 days later. These guys had my truck back in 4 hrs with 8 new engine coils. No up selling, no, we recommend you installing a new engine and end differential along with a $300 cabin air filter. Good guys at this location.

Dropped in and dropped off my car for an oil change. Work was completed in less than 2 hours. Only hiccup was their computers were down so I didn’t receive a report on any needed maintenance.

People super professional, no appt, walk ins , expect delays remember walk ins so I was aware and I agree but they will always be available if you are. Like change, felt my vehicle running smoothly. Took it to auto sun the last two times and the work it was disappointing.. Couple of things need to be changed and auto sun said they did on paper, not truth. Thank you meineke and staff.. :) happy with the service..

Won’t be coming back. The prices are ridiculously high compare to other independent, non-franchise mechanics/auto shops. Told me my oil level was low, I checked my own oil and it’s more than enough, I had also just done an oil change as well. Told me my whole radiator needs to be replaced at a $1000 job because of “leak”, there was no leak, I did vanlife roadtrip in my car to California for a week with absolutely no overheating problems.

Purchased a battery from Meineke July 24th of last year(which started losing voltage September of this year)When taking it in for its warranty, it was noticed that the wrong battery for the vehicle was the replacement. Other than that situation???, all's fine now!!!
