I do not understand why you need my ID in order to do the inspection for lyft? After they put all my data in the system they told me to wait avout 1 hour to do the inspection! Why do you need all my data Meineke?

I have used this location a couple times in the past and had no complaints up until recently. I left my vehicle w them for service Thursday at 11am and was told it would be done same day. I didn’t hear back until the following day at 1:45pm w different items that needed repair. I approved and then called at 3pm to ensure repairs would be completed as I was set to head back to LA (was only in town to retrieve vehicle from storage) and they assured me it would be finished by 4:30. A little after 5 I got a call that the work was finished followed by another call 10 min later saying to hold off while they found another gas cap as mine had blown off as they went to move the car. I began calling again at around 6pm (a little before closing time) and never received an answer or any communication until the next morning around 9:30am which meant I had to stay in Vegas another night and cancel my plans for Saturday as I would be getting back a day later than planned. I get that things happen but really didn’t appreciate the lack of communication along with inaccurate timelines. I will not be returning as I would rather not risk time delays especially if I do not have multiple days to wait to get the vehicle returned.

I had around $1.5k worth of work done at Meineke Car Care a few weeks ago, and overall, it was a positive experience. The pricing was fair—not a rip-off, but not the cheapest either. While there were some surprise fees at the end, it wasn't a deal-breaker. The staff, especially the guy at the front, was easy to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in helping rather than just making a sale. The service and quality of work were excellent. I’m happy to have found a new regular place for my car care!

I was greeted by Eddie and he made sure everything went smoothly and even had one of the guys take me home so I wasn’t stuck waiting for my car to be fixed. All of them were exceptional. Thank you so much for all the work you did for me!

Quick friendly service on an oil change. Gave me the list of recommended maintenance but also told me the only one I really need to watch for and said it should be covered under warranty, then gave me a $20 off coupon on the oil change at the time of check out

Meineke and the staff at the Tropicana & Jones was awesome. They took care of my car problems and was able to talk to my warranty company and make sure my repairs got done fast and were covered. Painless and easy for me. Thank you for your excellent service.

Eddie was friendly, thorough & honest - exactly what I was looking for !! I was at another Shop for years and questioned their recent Diagnosis - Eddie saved me a lot of money - 4 stars cus they do charge you 11 dollars , just to use your credit card which is BS

Have returned several times the this location since my previous review, most recently yesterday. Got an oil change and was informed of other important repairs that will need to be done soon. Got additional repairs done and ended being half the cost of what another mechanic wanted to charge me. Phil was very helpful and made this visit at Meineke very enjoyable and positive. Looking forward to being back at this location again soon.

I always have the best experience. They care about your safety and check everything on your car and always show you what the problem is if they find something wrong you didn't know about.

I've been to Meineke on Tropicana before and had a good experience. I was hesitant on bringing my car just for an oil change and coolant. This thing is not old it is like new with only 50,000 miles on it. It was not leaking anything when I took it in for the oil change. I was hesitant and wanted to go my mechanic, but figured it was just an oil change. It's leaked every day oil since then. When I brought it into another Meineke locally they said it was the " Rare Main Sale" and it had nothing to do with the oil change or fluids treatment. I said it must be a big coincidence because it's never leaked. It's still like new. The guy said it's a coincidence. I don't know what to think. Not sure how to conclude. Thought I'd share this experience. The car is like new and has never had a leak and I know there's always a first time, but coincidentally after the day of the oil change this occurred. Because of a sloppy oil change that caused oil to spread after having to drive five straight hours, pushing the oil even more further near the seal I had to bring it in for inspection to determine whether it really was a seal leak and it was a bad oil change that costed me a lot.

The service was good. Service people were very friendly. Only complaint I have is they advertised oil change for $39.95, I was charged .. $82.00 . Something about the price of oil. I'll think about it next time.
