The guys here at the shop in Nellis we’re nice New exactly what was wrong with my car that I was trying to get Smog and they do great alignments I highly suggest you go there to the one on Nellis especially it’s very hard to find honest mechanics these days and they do a job and do a professionally Thank you.

Muy mal servicio y estafan a la gente El día sábado llevé mi coche Toyota Avalon 2002 Solicite el cambio de aceite y me dijeron que mi coche o ocupaba hacerle limpieza de motor con un químico especial que supuestamente solo se encuentra en ese local. Te meten miedo diciéndote que si no le hacen el procedimiento le va a afectar al coche, también te dicen que no puedes estar ahí para ver lo que le hacen a tu coche y te mandan a la recepción. Acepté con desconfianza y tal fue mi sorpresa que no le aplicaron dicho aditivo y me lo cobraron, cabe mencionar que en la nota de cobro solo venía el cobro del puro cambio de aceite. No me quedé tranquilo y me salí a ver, grabé el procedimiento y no le pusieron el químico. Hoy consulté con mi mecánico y me explicó el procedimiento y la forma en la que estás personas estafan a mucha gente.

I been coming to meineke since 2019. I love it here i love the great customer service they give, they are honest when it comes to what your car needs. They are always here to help out with your vehicle. I will not take my car anywhere else but meineke that's on nellis and bonanza they always get my car right. Thank you meineke you are number 1.

I was initially told I had to wait 30 minutes or so due to the tech was on lunch. There were no other cars being worked on and the counter agent didn't seem enthusiastic about providing me a basic oil change. I later returned after running around town to give the tech time to eat. I came into the lounge and was told wait again. I was the only customer there. I could hear them talking and laughing in the other room. Again the counter agent didn't seem happy to help me but he got the oil change going. I have no complaints against the tech. I assumed he did his part. I know I msde no appointment but I have been here before with better service from the counter. A younger customer came while I was waiting for my truck to be done and he was greeted much better and was helped immediately.

Please look for another place to service your vehicle. The manager quoted me $400 for break pads and rotors. On the day of the scheduled service he said it is $400 per axle $800 total. He absolutely attempted to take advantage of me because I am a woman.

I recently bought my vehicle in over the holiday weekend because the key was not turning in the ignition. Monday I was placed in the care of Gerald and his lead tech Johnny. Both gentlemen took so much time effort and attention to solving a problem that we initially thought we would not get solved for 4 to 6 weeks due to a back order.Gerald the new manager at this location and he is proven that he is up to the task as he took charge and offered so much reassurance that I was so confident in his ability to get my issue resolved. His lead technician Johnny helped to solve an issue that saved me HUNDREDS of dollars and weeks of waiting for a back order part. I am forever grateful for both gentlemen and their efforts, know how, communication and customer service. You will certainly be seeing me for my future Auto needs!!!

Very pleased with the service. They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle which had been repaired with the wrong part at another mechanic. They also inspected my vehicle and gave a list of suggested future maintenance items. Highly recommend!

had a couple of issues that needed fixing before i took my car to the dmv and was able to get it done in one day. they were very efficient. jared helped me set up an affordable payment plan. grateful for the nice service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place will rip you off especially with a/c work. My nephew who is 18 went here to get his a/c recharged a few weeks ago. They told him that the low side hose had a leak and that it would cost $1,000 to fix it. He couldn't afford it, so he took it home and replaced it himself for about $150. When the hose was off, there was nothing wrong with the hose. Being 18 he didn't learn his lesson so he took it back to the shop after he replaced the hose to get the system charged. This time they called him and told him that the high side hose "blew" after they charged the system. Of course they wanted another $1,000. We showed up to the shop to pick up the car and waited for about 10 minutes at the front desk. When no one came out, we had to walk around and find the person in charge who was sitting in the back on his cell phone. When we got it home, the high side pipe was disconnected. We snapped it together (took 10 minutes), went to Auto Zone and charged the system. The a/c is blowing super cold now. Long story short, do not go to this place unless you want to end up paying for repairs your car doesn't need.
