I live extremely close to this Meineke, but for the past 12 years, been taking my cars to Midas on Nellis. I used to get great service there, but the past few times have gotten really ripped off and shotty work so I tried Meineke. These guys were awesome and professional took great care of my car and I felt they were very honest. I’m glad I found a new spot to take my vehicles. ask for Chris or Denny thanks guys for all the hard work. My car is running great.

Didn’t fix my problem. Over $200.00 diagnostic looking for other items other than what I asked to have repaired. I told them specifically the code what I needed looked at. Then when I tried get a copy of diagnostic paperwork they said since i didn’t have the services fixed I don’t get one. Worthless why am I paying for diagnostics and not get a full report.

I like the manager Ramses, followed him from the Lamb Blvd location. still had/have thousands of reward points from 2 cars ago-mini cooper, so I stopped in and had my tires rotated on my chevy Bolt ev. Ramses had me in and out, wanting more, in a half hour. will use the remainder points soon to get my brakes done 5☆

The service was fast and the people friendly. I like that on your first visit they do an all around inspection, take pictures and text them to you to let you know if you’re low on fluids or if something needs work. I will definitely be back.

Management policies from the 1960's? I wanted to pay for a Good Friends bill, and they refused to take my credit card over the phone. In the past several years, I've used my cc via phone for Airline tickets, for Vet bills, for Funeral Services, for Dentists - for more money than this bill was. OK, I'll solve this, I then offered to go in person to a Meineke 5 minutes from me - no, they refused that as well. So the final straw, I said if you - unlike anyone else - have to see a cc owners Drivers License to verify ownership, then at least let my close-by Meineke do that for you. No, refused again. What kind of non-business-savvy Mgmt do this? Their policies are prehistoric! I used to patronize Meineke's - not anymore. Goodbye FOREVER!

I'd give ZERO stars if I could! I've been coming here for the last 2 years since moving to Vegas and I'm NEVER coming here again. My car started jerking and stalling while driving so I came here like I normally do.. I was told that I needed a whole new transmission (a $6,000 to $11,000 job) but failed to tell me that the battery had lots of corrosion (which can be the main cause for what my car was doing).. Plus I never had a warning message from the car saying that the transmission was overheating or was in failure... So when I arrived to pick up my car from them and saw my hood was up I asked why they said it was because they had to jump start the car.. And then when I asked if they left a light on to kill the battery they told me no but lied!!! When I got in the car my headlights were "on" when I keep it on "automatic".. Why didn't anyone call me about the battery being corroded is beyond me.. I'm sure they weren't expecting me to see that the battery was bad... So I had them replace the battery and now my car drives fine. But I will be taking my car to a reputable transmission mechanic because who knows what these people did to my car while they had it. If you're a woman stay away they will try to play you for a sucker if you don't know any better.. thankfully I do! --UPDATE 1 WEEK LATER: I decided not to take my car to a transmission mechanic since it seems like I never had transmission issues to begin with. My car is driving better than ever with the new battery. UPDATE 1 MONTH AND A WEEK LATER: Transmission is still running. I was told it would go out if I didn't get a new one, hmmm.. TO MANAGEMENT: I have no desire to speak with you or your company regarding your actions and trying to scam me out of damn near $11,000! There's absolutely nothing you can say to make this right. You were wrong and you know it!!

Over charged me for something that another called son’s auto fixed for more than half the price. You guys should check out suns auto they beat there price and actually care about your vehicle

Price Gouging alert. Came here needed an alternator replaced on short notice. Ended up paying $1200 for a new alternator on a job that took 45 minutes. You have got to be kidding me; price gouging of the highest order, Meineke. Beware.
