On Monday January 27, 2025. I just had my car fixed the machinic replaced the battery and the alternator. I picked it up the next day as soon as I started the car and started driving the battery light comes on, I'm not even outside the lot yet i parked the car and showed them the battery light they even re-replaced the battery and the light was still on and he told me just drive 50 miles and the light will go off if not just bring it back. A day later my car breaks down getting off the freeway. Now it's back at the shop and I just bought this car a month ago

Went to firestone before them and they told me I had a leak that needed to be fixed. Something told me to take a day and take it to Meineke and they came back and told me nothing was wrong. I will be coming back for all my needs that they offer. Great customer service and they are honest and the prices are not to bad.

Gave me a crazy price and would not honor my military discount package. Also added extra services to the bill that were not necessary to upcharge me more, plus the guy at the desk clearly has a coke nail on his pinky and overall looks a mess, if you know you.

$60 to $90 just to connect a scanner and push a button, 2 minutes tops. What a racket, maybe it's not Meineke's direct doing but it sucks they're involved

I needed a new throttle body and I asked to bring in my own part as it was less money. They replaced it and gave me back the bad part. The car was done in just about an hour. I use Meineke on Nellis for many things as t hey are courteous, dependable and honest!!

I scheduled an oil change appointment online very easily for the following morning at 8am. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was greeted promptly. After filling out the new client paperwork the guy assisting me told me there might be coupons on the website and sure enough there was a $10 off one. The service was fast and I was walking out of there just after 8:30.

Had exhaust system leak. They fix it. Runs quiet now. Had Complete Fuel System Service done. Had Engine Coolant Changed. Had Engine Oil Changed. I did not have a appointment, Left car there @ 1pm, car was ready @ 5:30pm. Good job guys!
