I took my vintage car to this Meineke to find and repair a gas leak. They diagnosed and repaired my vehicle and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. They even saved me a lot of money. Karen was great. Her customer service is excellent and her crew is knowledgeable and competent. I recommend this repair shop to anyone looking for honesty and value for the money. Thanks once again. Karen is my savior. She treated me like family from the moment I first called. She went above and beyond, contacting my warranty company and then the dealership to get some of my repairs covered so I only had to pay for wear and tear items. She was great! I’ll def be back!

NEVER GO HERE!!!! Had them fix my water pump 2 years ago and was just told that the prior mechanic messed up on the gasket but since it’s past their 1 year 12000 mile warranty, I have to repay the whole thing. I also just had my oil change done there 2 weeks ago, and my car has an oil leak now because they didn’t tighten the oil filter.

I went in for an oil change. I’ve never had any problems with my car. I maintain it very well. They said they didn’t have the oil for my car and needed to order it. The woman at the front desk instituted that I needed a particular type of oil that is the best for my car which costs extra is I need more oil for the size of my engine. I had meineke oil change before that cost half of what they would charge. However it was urgent and slightly overdue so I agreed. The next day I realize that my windshield wiper fluid light comes on then I lol at the oil gauge and it’s half full. Then I call to tell her that my windshield wiper was empty and that I asked them to check for all and any leaks and they had told me it was clean and a good car. Then she tells me they are busy but she will try to get the fluid in’s so I go to a closer location which filled it up and revealed to me that they charged me twice as much as what they would have charged and that there was a leak for the oil. It wa so bad that they said it was dangerous to drive. I call to tell her the problem and she tells me that her manager is aunt that I can not get a refund. I sent an email to corporate and I’m still waiting for a response. Now I’m waiting more than an hour for my car to be towed to a different meineke that has the same exact owner that is closer so that meineke won’t charge me extra for the tow to the original location. This is poor service all around. I don’t recommend this place at all. They I’ve charged and apparently actually damaged my car and did not complete the oil change at all. Don’t trust them. They are hoodlums.

I would luke to thank Karen the shop manager for helping me with finding answers and way to pay for the work i had done on my car in regards tona blinking check engine right, she worked to figure out the best way to get the repairs done while helping to minimize my cost out of pocket. I would recommend this liction to anyone

Since Meineke has gone under new management they are 1000% better than before. I greatly appreciate the woman at the counter that writes up all of the service repair orders for the shop. She is a amazing and always fair and reasonable with the amount she charges for service. Thank you so much for not ripping my face off to work on my truck!

Customers are number 1 here at Meineke. Karen and all the mechanics always take such great care of me and my car. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and help answer any questions that come up. They worked hard to get me back in my car as fast as possible. I will be returning personally and sending all my friends and family to them as well. Thank you again for everything!

Great experience. Didn’t try to oversell me on products got me exactly what I needed for the price range I could afford. Very nice, helpful and understanding. Very very communicative during every step. Wasn’t annoyed with all of my questions just a very great and pleasant experience all around. Nobody wants to pay for car repairs but, when you have a staff like that handling you and your car it makes it that much easier. Like I’m ready for something else to mess up just so I can go experience that customer service. Karen was super helpful. The Filipino guy as well and the other shop manager I forget his name but just great vibe all around.. I highly recommend this place for any and all service needs.

Manager talks in circles and makes it hard to understand what she is trying to sell you.. there is ridiculous charges, shop supplies $100. For what? Credit card charge $50. If you accept credit cards then this is a cost for doing business. Then they want you to pay for services that are not necessary. I. E. Power steering flush, brake fluid exchange, coolant flush etc. Not that these are not necessary, but it would be nice to know they are selling BG products at $80 a hit. I got sucked in and was charged thousands for no real reason other than a fast talking manager. The discounts they say they give you are not real due to up selling and unnecessary work. Mechanic seemed to be well educated in his job so that is great. She told me my brakes are wearing thin. I checked my records and new brakes were put on 4,000 miles ago. Brakes will last at the very least 20,000 miles up to 70,000 mi. Hmmmm The owner replies the same exact words to bad reviews. That alone shows that they really don't care and are only there to take money from unsuspecting people.
