James was very professional and attentive...I had a 10:00am appointment and I called at 9:13am and asked how long would it take and if I could come a little early he said of course and I got there 5 mins later and was taken care of right away... great service would recommend!

Por mi no recomiendo see lugar estuve 2 horas esperando por una inspeccion del auto para uber y lift y al final no de porque pero los documentos no me sirvieron para la app de uber lift me rechazaron los documentos al final fuy a otro taller y asi pude seguir trabajando en uber y lift dinero perdido por documentos que no me sirvieron no vallan a ese taller

The guy at the front desk told me I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for "special oil change" that only they can do and not get at a drive thru oil change. So I was excited but after sitting around for 30 minutes no one had even moved my car from the parking lot. Then I realized he had to order an oil filter and have it delivered?!? Then after that it took them 10-15 minutes to do the oil change and "special inspection." Then whatever they did left oil leaking all over the place and I had to take it back for them to fix. For the record I have paid $39.99 and $44.99 for a drive thru oil change that did the exact same inspection, topped off my coolant and did not leave oil dripping everywhere when done!

Store manager was very kind enough, we were travelling from washington and had an issue with brakes. Our brake pads were replaced in 3 hours from 8am to 11am. It was quick and top quality workmanship. Highly recommended A++.

Took 3 days to diagnose my no spark issue, had to correct them when they incorrectly diagnosed it once. Was told I can’t pick up my car after hours.

Terrible Service, As long as Eddie is there I will never come back to this location. Extremely unprofessional, I have an extended warranty and still had to pay for an oil change. I will not be back to this location.

These people are crooks. They will defraud not only your warranty company but you as well. Promise you a 50-60k mile engine and then charge you $3500 for (88)90-100k motor. Now I'm stuck with a motor that runs like crap. The engine came damage and I was charged to repair that damage. Honestly and integrity is no where to be found at Meineke. They are NOT to be trusted with your keys.

Be Very Cautious of this location. I went in to have my breaks done, my car has 37000 miles on it. the technician came in and told the person working the front desk that I needed everything done to my breaks. the technician was then told to take my wheels off for a more detailed inspection. I was then told I was in luck that they could save my rotors but that it would cost just over $1000.00 to have that done, they also advised that I should replace my break fluid, and stated that my rotors needed to be resurfaced. I declined the service at this time. I told them to put my car back together. the tech came back to me and said their district manager took at look at my ticket and said they could do the work for about $600.00. about this time I was making a phone call and noticed a screw in one of my tires, I asked the tech to verify if there was a screw in my tire and he stated there was but that I would have to replace the tire. Fortunately I had a warranty on the tire and I advised him of that and I stated that I would not have any work done at this time. when I took my car to the tire shop to get my tire fixed they confirmed that the tire could not be patched. I explained to them how I discovered the screw and told them I was going to get my breaks replaced. this tire shop also does breaks and they said let us take a look at them. The tire shop took all 4 tires off my car and the break pads off the right front of my car, they showed my how much break pad I had left which was about 60% left and they showed me my rotors which had no damage whatsoever, there were no grooves in my rotors and they looked almost new with the exception of some wear on them. with all of this being said Meineke tried to take full advantage of me for absolutely no reason other than to pad their profits. I am not sure if this is the same at all Meineke locations, but I can assure you that the Maryland park location in Las Vegas is definitely trying to take advantage of customers. the technician that inspected my car was Martin M. and the service advisor was Keegan Little. please use caution anytime you walk into this location.
