Danny and the Team at this location are very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my drop off and pick up for repair or maintenance of my two older vehicles.. I feel very lucky to have found these guys a few years ago. I expect to be a forever customer and would recommend them highly.

I cannot recommend this place. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. As soon as I opened the door, the attendant gave me a horrible look, as if to say, “You’re not welcome here.” That alone left a very negative first impression. I explained that I had a voucher from Hertz for vehicle maintenance, and the person said, “Okay, but I’ll need to call Hertz first to get their authorization because sometimes it takes a while. Once I have it, I’ll contact you.” This made the process unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient. In contrast, I went to another location where they immediately scheduled an appointment and completed the service without any delays or needing to call Hertz for additional authorization.

I have been going to the same place for my car since my dad taught me to drive...over 50 years ago. NO MORE. Thank you Meineke!!! Restored faith. Too late to get an oil change, light would not go out. Danny booked me first thing next day and checked my oil...zero! Now it's passed closing. Everyone was so kind. He put oil in to get me home and back safely. I returned the next day and received all around great service. Wish I had gotten all their names. Old woman, old car, with gratitude and appreciation to Mein new trusted auto service and repair BFFs. Ted who?

The techs are professional mechanics that did an oil change on my 2003 jeep rubicon. The tech. Performed a detailed inspection of the entire vehicle and each inspection area was noted as ok or a problem. Each problem such as a leak on the valve cover was. Photographed and corrective action noted with the cost to correct. Staff very friendly and professional. Very good leaded with service. I also had a smog check performed. Very good experience.

Took my car in to get a estimate on the service I needed done, got the Recommendations, was able to afford the work needed done, along with some extra service. All work in a timely matter!

The work was done quick and communication was easy. That was the only positive part of the experience. I had all 4 brake pads replaced and got home to find out the lug nuts weren't tightened on the rear driver side. My wheel was wobbling. I went back and got an half hearted apology. As the week went on the rear brakes started squeaking louder each day when in reverse. Tried to go back but the location was closed for renovations. I took it to a different location and they were great. They checked everything immediately and determined the pads were not seated. I'll go to Buffalo and Alta for any future work.

They fixed an issue I had because of another repair center. I love how they are friendly and helpful. Their service is great and they don't keep you waiting. Will definitely recommend and be a repeat customer.

West Sahara location , October 30th 2024 7:39 AM Went to this location for a lift inspection, because first time was input wrong information, ok not problem came back to correct it and got girl this time made it on paper that not properly printed , I nice asked to do on proper and end up getting lot of nonsense along with disrespect like go drive your lift , its 7:30 am, I am glad that I don’t work for you …Interesting and very disrespectful
