$100 for a diagnostic. Repairs are normally between $100-$1,000 for most anything on the vehicle. They do apply discounts upon request. The diagnostic fee can be waived as well if there’s further repair that needs to be done on the vehicle. Was my go to mechanic for repairs for awhile. Did good work with routine maintenance up until now. Turned in the vehicle for a drain plug, and oil leak to be fixed. The drain plug, and oil leak was not fixed. They instead ignored the original issue, and replaced my brake pads, and rotors instead which I agreed to. Was informed that I would have to pay again for the same drain plug, and oil leak to be fixed after inquiring the following week over the phone. Will not return to get the same work done that needed to be fixed the first time. Immediately found a more reliable mechanic nearby. The other mechanic identified the drain plug as “oversized” which was causing the leak. The last service for my engine oil change was done by Meineke, and they either installed it, didn’t notice it, or didn’t inform me that it was oversized.

This is the only place my mother and myself go for our automotive needs. Everyone here is very professional and makes us feel very comfortable. All of them go out of their way to help us. Can’t say enough good things.

Mark and the mechanic who tried to do an alignment job on my Lincoln Town car did a lousy job of the whole situation. They mis lead I to think the new springs in the front were the reason the cars front end was to high up to complete the alignment process. In fact I discovered the rear air suspension was at fault. Cocky attitude with lack of respect . I would not go there and I will not again. I ordered new springs and found out the same springs came in the mail as I already had installed before. Two different vendors.

I've been bringing my cars to Meineke on Rainbow and Cactus for sometime now, and they never disappoint. The staff is always friendly, the service is reliable, and they treat you like family. Mark always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. Whether it's a quick oil change or a major repair, I trust them completely. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I needed a battery for my car and a friend of mine told me of her great experience with this shop. I thought I would give them a try. Lee S. greeted me as I walked in, what a change from trying to deal with the big dealerships! The service was fast and friendly. They gave me the feeling of being at a small town local garage. Customer service from Lee was great and I will be back with any of my future auto needs. Thank you for not treating me as if I was just another number!

I am so mad. I’ve spent a lot of money with this Meineke, and had to take it back twice for the same problem. The first time, Mark said the issue was fixed. The next day, the problems were happening again. I again called Mark the manager, and he said to bring it in. They had it for a few days, supposedly fixed more things on it, another outrageous bill, I bring it home and it still having the same problem. I tried to call back and ask for the manager again, they said he would call me back and I had still not received a phone call. I don’t have endless money to problems that they think might be happening. I feel like I was completely had. They obviously do not know what they are doing. I was taken for almost $2000 between both of the times I brought it in and nothing was accomplished.

Worst… always has thousands of dollars of repairs that are needed on my relatively new car. Don’t separate things out so can’t approve one thing without approving the rest. I took my car to the dealership same day where they reported absolutely nothing was wrong with my car and it didn’t need anything.

Thought the issue was fixed - catalytic converter at over $1,000. Now check engine light back on. How does that sound for a review? I spent over $3,000 to fix car that is not fixed. How does that sound for a review of services provided?

Experience wasn’t awful buuut I brought my own wiper fluid to see if they’d fill it for me if I paid an extra service fee. The guy told me to keep it and that they top off fluids anyways as part of oil changes. Well… they did not, it’s still completely empty, and the wiper fluid I brought exploded in my car shortly after 🤗 so…. That part is my fault for forgetting it in there but super unhappy to still be empty after bringing it up, offering to pay more for the service, AND paying for my own fluid too. I guess check everything before you leave.

I had a great experience with Meineke when my car wouldn’t start one morning. I called them and they had my car picked up and towed for free. They sent me a very detailed review of all the problems and they were super friendly and helpful! I had no pressure sales pitches or anything like that. I was informed of everything as it happened and I made the decision to fix or not fix the problems.. Once the repairs were completed, I picked up my car and was satisfied with the results and the service. I would recommend this center for its friendly customer support and very thorough service!!

This place sucks: 1. They charge more than the dealer! $210 for a diagnosis v. dealer at $180 for an hour. 2. They said 30 minutes for the diagnosis, so they will charge only $105. Then 30 minutes later they called and said it will be one hour because they have to remove the exhaust. They didn't remove the exhaust but charged me for a full hour. And they had the diagnosis ready within 10 - 15 minutes after calling me to get authorization for the full hour. 3. They told me they would credit the diagnostic fee against the repairs. Well, they came up with a long list of things that need repair but would credit the diagnostic fee only against one specific item, stating I brought the vehicle in for that item. I didn't. I did not know what was wrong. They told me what was wrong, and they had a long list, so how did I bring it in for a specific repair? I wanted them to do one repair, which they said caused my issue in the first place, but they wouldn't credit the $210, so I didn't let them do anything and just paid them their fee. 4. They told me they would use a Ford OEM part. Well, the description on their quote stated, "OEM Grade" and exactly matched the description on Autozone's website for an after-market part. 5. They charge a $50 credit card fee and tried to justify it by telling me it's normal practice and even gas stations have a credit card fee. Well, the Ford dealer that already charges less than them does not have a credit card fee. Do these people want business, or do they want to chase customers away? 6. In all fairness to them, they did offer to remove the credit card fee and charge me their cost for the part if I agreed to them doing the work. I declined because they are still more than the dealer (who would use an OEM part!) and at that point I had enough of them anyway and wasn't going to trust them with my car. I have a fleet of rental cars and was hoping to find a trusting mechanic close to home for all my repairs. Well, Meineke is close to my home, but not the trusting mechanic I wanted. I wish them all the best in their business and want them to succeed, but they should really consider changing their approach to customer service and satisfaction.
