Visited Meineke Car Care Center for a diagnostic test when check engine light came on. Todd was very helpful and worked with me for the best pricing to fix valve issue. Also needed a new battery and he was able to take care of that. Very professional and excellent customer service. I will be back for oil changes and any other vehicle maintenance in the future.

Mr. Todd and his team have been helpful and professional in recent times and they have managed to work on my truck. Mr. Todd has been fair in their prices, unlike other shops that I have visited. The worst place to fix a car they didn’t have any warranty to the fix what they did. They have been doing a bad job for almost 3 MONTHS I would never be back with this people the worst service.

This location does not honor their appointments scheduled on their website in advance. Made a 9:30am appointment 2 days in advance for a basic alignment and they said they could not look at the vehicle until 3pm. Poor customer service.

Never been here before, my car warranty listed it as a place I could take it. They were amazing. Got my car in and fixed quickly. Staff was great every time I talked to them as well, especially when I picked my car up. Great place

I had my struts changed out on my 2016 Dodge Charger a couple of days ago at this location and I was treated with the utmost respect. The guy, Mr. Todd (I think that’s his name) didn’t try to nickel and dime me to death by trying to force a ton of extra services on me as most places do to some females. I also had him check my transmission to see if it was in need of servicing and he stated that everything was fine. All in all, I was happy with the customer service and care and I recommend this location.

I love this place! We have had to bring our truck in for two different issues and they are so fair! Keep you updated with timelines and are usually pretty quick. The main guy we talk to is super kind and we never feel taken advantage of! Feels like asking your dad to help and he genuinely cares and just helps best he can! Will always go here!
