Another 5-star review two years later. I moved away and after unsatisfactory services elsewhere, I now make the commute to come here. As always it was a wonderful experience. Car maintenance can be expensive and I appreciate Bo for being honest and educating on what’s necessary and when, allowing you to financially plan for the future needs of your vehicle. I had a very positive experience, from the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the moment I walked out the door with all services complete. Bo provided good information about the status of my tire repair. Service was provided in a timely manner. The facility was very clean. Prices were reasonable. I will return when it is time for new brakes. I am pleased to have found this place.

I was charged for something I did not ask for and then I find out it’s part of the process but they put it under labor. I did not ask to have my car checked. I just wanted an oil change but I was charging an extra $20 which was supposed to be included in labor bullshit I didn’t ask for it or I would not have gotten it and I know

I first went to see Bo at Mineke in 2018 with my F250. They did a great job and Bo was easy to talk to. Recently I had an issue with another truck and I remembered Bo. So I pulled in with a dying truck. Bo was able to take a quick look while I waited and they found the problem ordered the parts and did the repair the next day. I feel super about finally having a relationship with a dependable repair shop that I trust! Thanks Bo! 1/09/2025 Update, Love this place. Do not take your car service anywhere else but here. Bo and his team are the very best in Jacksonville. You will always get the truth, a fair price, honest advice, and never pressure to fix what is not critical. Also they will text to your phone a link with a full inspection report on your vehicle with pictures and suggestions. Very comprehensive.

Needed to find a good trustworthy automotive maintenance provider close to my residence, since moving to Jacksonville. I usually start by looking at reviews on Google at service providers nearby. This Meineke did not disappoint. Everyone there is very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. You can tell that they care about their work and image. The facility is clean, they do not try to up sell but only make suggestions of items that may need attention or coming up for maintenance. The costs of the services are very affordable and the work is completed in a timely fashion. Also, the convenience of scheduling service online is priceless. Thanks guys for doing such a great job. Will be using your service going forward.

One of the best and only places I trust to take my car! I have been going to them for the past 8 or 9 years and have always had the most honest experience! I drive an old Honda and it’s past the 200,000 mark so finding a place that is legit is huge!
