Very pleased using Meineke for my brake replacement. Service was timely and efficient! Office staff and mechanics were knowledgeable and shared details of what type of work needed done and the cost for each. No pressure was applied to my decision as to what I wanted done so I could make a sound decision. Would recommend them and return in the future.

Terrible service, nobody cares about your car when repairing is done, but nothing is working, messed up with wipers, I was swapping them back by my self at home after his “work”

Took my car in for the alternator and battery. In 2 days by car started messing up in other way from my oil tank to my coolant reserve and my car overheating. These were not problems I was having before taking my car to this meineke. I know they did something to my car. I will not be coming here again.

The coupon read $19.99 for a conventional or synthetic blend oil change.The coupon wasn’t honored. I was charged $40.00 and some change for a synthetic blend oil change .

Reader: Read the pre-approval estimate and make sure it makes sense and related to what you went there for. Details: Stalled Car. No crank. Please Help. 4 days Later, got a pre-approval doc with over $600 of charges to approve. When I see that they wanted me to change my 3 month old battery, I suspected something was up. I took my car somewhere else. Diagnosed properly with a faulty starter. Battery never mentioned until I asked. "Oh your Battery is great.", they said. Car is running great. Wasn't gonna write a review but you ask. Here it is. Happy Days! Now Que the generic BS explanation.

The estimate that I received for installation of a muffler and tail pipe were astronomical! The cost of the parts and labor of the repair, were more than half of the price of the truck itself that I only paid $1,500 for. I drove about a mile and got the repair done for a third of their estimate. Stay away!

Update: So the coolant in the coolant reservoir has had issues staying at the level. There's a FULL and LOW mark and the coolant has to be between these marks. The initial visit in October was to replace the radiator. A week later I noticed issues with the coolant level and Dawn told me that the techs found seepage coming from one of the hoses and addressed the issue. I stopped by today and had the same issue with the coolant level appear. I told Dylan about my initial visit in October and how the work is under warranty for 12 months. Dylan told me that the techs found no signs of leaking and they topped off the coolant. I asked Dylan if he could provide me info on the coolant used on my car to see if it's compatible. He couldn't give me a serial number/part number and told me that the color coolant for my car is pink. I had pink coolant in the car. Unfortunately, when I opened the hood I saw yellow coolant in the reservoir tank. Seriously? Since I was told by Dylan that the coolant was topped off I'm concerned that the tech may have mixed this yellow coolant with the pink coolant that was already inside the car. I haven't done any work on the coolant system to prevent voiding the warranty on the labor done by the shop.

Chris, I think is the store managers name is a pleasure to work with. He worked me in for service and before you know it I was in and out without any concerns all the while he was managing a very busy day. In fact despite the obviously busy work load all the technicians were friendly and professional. Will use them again for sure.

I have issue of check engine light on my 2015 Cardillac Escalade, drove to their shop for diagnosis, scan was send to me with $2,604 charges in which I approved but getting to know after the work done the check engine light is still there, I was charged another $853.60, in which I was assured but on pickup the light was there, my wife raised the alarm and they cleared the light but the next day it came back. I brought it back to them, next day I was charged additional $241.57, unfortunately, after next day the light is back. I'm very upset having been deceived on the trust, I was charged almost $4000, for the job not doing. I'm considering reporting them to consumers protection agency 🤔

I spend almost $200 for the diagnostic fee for my a/c just for them to tell me they don’t know which part needs changing, but the first part in the process will cost $1400 something. WTH did I pay a diagnostic fee for then if you didn’t diagnose anything? I really want a refund for that.

I had some sort of test done to my car. While they were completing the test they broke something. When I got a call informing me about the issue with my car they neglected to mention the broken part. When I arrived the next morning to recover my car that’s when I was told about the problem, the part needed to be ordered, and replaced. It was an inconvenience, I ended up needing to use a tow truck to get my car. Instead of a simple apology, they acted as if I was the problem…

I took my car in for an estimate on a side mirror replacement. (SIDE MIRROR!) Next thing I know they are under my hood. They give me the estimate for the side mirror and I drive off. The car didn’t make it 3 block before the check engine light came on and the car cut off. I drove it in with no problem. I’m 100% sure they sabotaged my car. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE. I’ve called corporate and I’m contacting the BBB because this doesn’t make sense. They are scammers
