Meineke was my go to spot for my oil change. After a bad experience at a he Pendleton Pike location I tried to give this franchise one more shot and try this Washington street. After looking up my information the employee Tom got upset that I only get oil changes and didn’t let them fix my brakes and rotors. After I told him I wanted to wait he told me in the future i will be drop off only because “we work on cars if I just want an oil change I can go to jiffy lube. And that it was obvious i let other people work on my car so Ill be a drop off going forward ” I will not be spending my money with them any longer.

My wife and I have been loyal customers of Meineke’s for almost a year now and we’ve never had an auto shop as pleasant and consistent Meineke on E. Washington. We’ll continue to come here for as long as we stay in the area, 10/10 recommend!

Your company did not have the equipment to flush my transmission fluid after I sat there for a hour. 2020 Chevy Silverado not like it's a new vehicle. You can buy one of the pumps on Amazon for 60 bucks.

Being a female, I honestly feel extremely uncomfortable going into auto shops, as I feel I will be duped or swindled into paying more than the average cost of whatever service is being done to my vehicle. Time after time, I have learned how much services cost or how to do things on my own. However, coming to this location off East Washington has given me hope and trust. The guys here are extremely knowledgeable and kind. They let me know which services were needed immediately, which ones were needed next, and which ones were needed the least. They added the discounts I pulled from my email and didn’t overcharge me. They educated me and treated me like a person. One of the gentlemen there was Aaron, and another was Jeremy, I think. Most everyone I’ve spoken to there is very kind and welcoming. They have a customer for the long haul. 10/10.

I was over Charged for a power wash of my engine, plus I had to Bring it back to finish the job.$200.00 for 20mins of work.

Terrible! The employees look high and they did a horrible job they went thru our van compartments had our stuff all mixed up and looked dug thru the middle console, no reason for them to even be in there except looking for something to steal also broke our dash the manager even said there was no reason for it to get brokeb and he didn't know how they could have done that and on top of all that we had to take it right back it started smoking and turns out they got oil in our exhaust!! They didn't even offer to knock money off the damages they did.

I would personally recommend Meineke because of the way they treated me. I came in after hitting a fire extinguisher on the highway, which caused damage to the underside of my car. Christian, the representative at the East Washington Street location in Indianapolis, IN, was fantastic. He kept me informed throughout the process, explaining the repairs and possible solutions in detail. He consistently followed up with calls and text messages, making sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. They make payments simple and easy by sending a link directly to your phone. It includes a summary of the repairs being done, along with a detailed price breakdown for everything.

YOOOOO, yall better ask for Christian. He did his thanggggg. Cheapest price you’ll find. & Bro did an oil change. He was quick than a mf too. Tbh ion care what NOBODY say Christian is now hired as my new mechanic lmaooo he took our Rendezvous did that work & the mf sound BETTER than it did before. Cmon now they not payin that man enough. Somebody tell corporate give that man a raise! OMM he the hardest worker in Nap & he know what we doin & what tf he talkin bout. That man gon be workin on my car my momma car my sister car my cousin car shiiiiit the whole family gonna start going to Christian & THE OIL CHANGES ARE 19.95 .. sawww that & was like ain’t noooo way but yessss ..
