Stopped in on a hope and prayer that they could get me in. Needed an oil change and a tire changed out. They were short manpower but managed to get me in and got working on my vehicle. Great service

I came in from out of town out of state from Florida heater was acting up headlights were out everybody was terrific fixed it within an hour at a great price Christian was awesome I'd recommend it to anybody

I received service but was NOT satisfied. I have to reschedule to take my truck back after spending almost 2000 dollars the same warning lights are on and I spent money for a diagnostic test but don't have a diagnostic analysis on my issue. I'm trying to get my truck back so I can at least get the issue resolved. Edit: I wanted to follow up to update my review. After I made my initial complaint. They rescheduled me and was able to find and fix the problem to satisfaction. Even though I was upset, they responded quickly, made me feel like the issue was important, and got me out in n o time. I have not had any problems and it has been months.

Even with a 2 hr+ wait time, the service I received was worth it. I especially commend the management/administrative staff, William and Paige, for their professionalism and patience. The waiting area is small and comfortable. When an area is filled to capacity, sometimes challenges arise. Such was the case and it was handled very well by William. Paige was very on point in letting you know why there was a wait, which was out of the control of management.

I would not recommend this mechanic. They quoted me $407 to replace a battery and insisted that the service itself was non-negotiable. As a college-aged woman, I felt like they were trying to take advantage of my situation by upselling me. After getting several professional opinions, I learned that their price for the battery replacement was absurdly high and that several other services they claimed were “important” weren’t necessary at all. Infact, after declining the nearly $1800 in repairs they said I needed I was informed that my car would start and run as long as I replaced the battery. This kind of behavior felt dishonest and predatory. I strongly suggest finding a mechanic who is transparent, fair, and doesn’t rely on scare tactics to push unnecessary services.

IF YOU NEED PARTS REPLACED, GO TO YOUR DEALERSHIP!!!!!! Meineke uses after market parts that they purchase themselves which then causes further damage to your vehicle. They will then not issue a refund and play lawyer with your bank to deny your claim. Go at your own risk because they will take no responsibility for their mistakes despite physical proof from the Toyota dealership.

Service was good. I was disappointed that they placed my sticker for my next service on top of my old sticker instead of peeling off the old sticker. Was something easily to be done, so it makes me wonder why not.

The Service Advisor (Paige) and technician that did the work on my car were quick, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Typically I feel like I’m always getting upsold when I go into these shops— I appreciated that they did not do this. The shop was clean and provided a comfortable waiting area. Overall outstanding customer service. I will absolutely be a return customer and would recommend this shop to others.
