Meineke Pendleton Pike AMAZED ME. I asked them to check my front brake pads ( 70,000 mi. check ) and they came back to tell me pad replacements were not necessary as there was plenty of pad left. Instead of replacing something that did not need replacing, they assured me I was still good-to-go. No charge! My faith in their honesty and trustworthiness just sky-rocketed. Thanks, Meineke!

This place is slow! If you need something done right away don’t take it to them. Made a Saturday appointment for a repair, but they didn’t have time to fix it. They said if I left it there they could fix it on Monday. This was my only car so I asked if I could drop it off late Sunday or early Monday. They said yes. I dropped my car off late Sunday night. On Monday I called after I got off work and they said they had a lot going on and wasn’t able to get to it, they said they would work on it first thing Tuesday. Tuesday after work I called again they said the same thing…it still wasn’t fixed. They said they would get it done on Wednesday. Wednesday I called about 3:00 and they said there was one car ahead of me. They closed at 6:00 and they never got back to me. Then at 6:15 I get a text saying my car was done. I called and asked if I could pick it up right then? They said yes that’s fine. I got there at 6:31 and they had locked the door and turned off most of the lights. One of the employees saw me and unlocked the door to tell me they couldn’t run my payment so I would have to go back Thursday morning. I had to go into work late so I could finally pick up my car the next day. This was a major inconvenience for my family to be without a car for that long. I could have driven the car until they had time to fix it, but they kept stringing me along for nearly a week. They could have been honest and told me they couldn’t get to it right then and scheduled it for Wednesday or Thursday. They told me they would have the manager contact me. And he never did! I will never go there again.

They track mud on my floor and on the door on driver side My steering wheel is dirty and I had $5 in the door and it's gone! They said we couldn't fix the horn you can come get it. My husband had to ask is that the only option and then they mentioned other options 2 actually. They were nice though.

My coworker's husband, who used to work for an auto parts shop, said of Meineke: "For routine maintenance as you've described, I usually take my car to a Meineke. They are trustworthy and have the most reasonable prices for basic repairs such as oil changes and tires. Take your car to Meineke for the oil change and tire change." I did and felt I was treated with honesty and respect by Daniel and Bailey at the branch at Pendleton Pike. They are great to work with!

My experience at this Meineke location was exceptional. All the staff was professional and friendly. Bailey in particular, was amazing! He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my vehicle and the best plan of action going forward. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future :)

Not very impressed because I paid $160 just for an air filter and for them to clean out the air cabin. When I got back in my vehicle, the new filter was sitting in the passenger seat and the plate covering my blower motor was on the floorboard of my vehicle. I was very polite and the person at the front desk was polite as well and made a fresh pot of coffee because I asked if he wouldn't mind, but the person that worked on my vehicle and handed me my keys, didn't have any customer service skills. I feel that way because I said, "Thank you so much," and in return, I got an unwelcoming look with no response. I don't plan on returning, and since I had no interaction with him other then him giving me my keys, it makes me think he didn't like my skin color.

I came in with four hubcaps left with only two the store assistant manager didn't know nothing about car parts it was a mess the store manger act like he didnt give no cares about the customer and i really believe the broke my wheelbearing trying to change my rotors i love meineke they take care of my car just horrible service

I've taken my vehicles to Meineke for years starting with the store in Muncie, IN. When I moved to Indy, this was the location I selected as it's not far from our house. Every time I take my Jeep for service, they're always kind and easy to talk to. Special shout out to Bailey for the discounts he gave me for the most recent work I had done on my Jeep. Thank y'all for everything!

If I could leave a 0 review I would. I have never been to a more unprofessional business ever. I scheduled an oil change online. Checked in and stated I only wanted an oil change. I have a regular mechanic but was unable to get to him for oil change. During the visit one of the workers personal phones kept using a profane ringtone. The guy who checked me in repeatedly went out to tell the person doing my car what they were doing wrong. When the oil change was complete the guy went over the diagnostics and advised if a few things that needed done. I let them know that I have a mechanic and he will take care of it. He rudely asked if it was some backyard mechanic and I said no that it is a ford certified mechanic. He further stated that they are not a place for just oil changes and the next time I bring my car I will have to drop it off and they will do it at their convenience not mine. Needless to say I will never ever go back. If they do not want to do oil changes they shouldn’t advertise that the do them. This is my daughters car and I cannot imagine if I had sent her alone how she would have been treated. I would not recommend ever going to this place ever. They were rude and bullies. And after seeing the reminder sticker makes me wander who is the “backyard mechanic”

They tried to up sale me bad and then didn’t even erase none of the codes after the oil change. It s still saying I need an oil change and my washer fluid is low . Do t they do all that in the oil change?

Went in 11/29 and had a 2pm appointment for oil change and the wait was long. Thing's have changed since my last visit. Service was different than before and I was shocked to see the bootleg (reminder) window sticker that looked as if a child had written it
