I took my car for a coolant pressure test as I was noticing drips in my garage. I was told the radiator was splitting at the bottom seam. To replace I was quoted $1100.00. The service for the test was $98.00, but they would deduct that if they put in the new radiator. Wanted a second opinion so took to Logan’s in Wanamaker, In. The hose from the coolant reservoir was leaking and the radiator cap needed replaced. Total repair $90.00. I will never go back to Meineke.

I found the management and the team members extremely kind, polite,caring,and very very honest which is very very rare when you’re dealing with car Services when you’re having things done to your vehicle. Their honestly was absolutely amazing and I am officially a Meineke customer for life. Very good team integrity, honesty it’s so important and they definitely want my trust! 😊

As far as the oil change was good. I was told by the mechanic that I had a massive power steering leak when I checked the power steering fluid level it was full. The leak was from my wind washer fluid reservoir

Can’t leave zero stars otherwise I would. I have been taking my vehicle to the place that we bought it from for eight years straight to get regular maintenance and oil changes done with no issues and no problems with my vehicle. I am from out of state and needed some sort of paperwork saying that my vehicle was not in state for a new registration tag so we booked a simple oil change with this location. And what do you know, it is leaking oil all over my driveway for the first time in its existence. Also, not to forget the smell of burning rubber it has now after being on for any length of time and an unsettling sound it’s never made before taking it there. I assure you I will not be back to let anyone there touch my vehicle that had no issues to speak of before taking it in to be serviced by them. Thoroughly dissatisfied.

My 1st time coming to Meineke/this location was back in June or July 2024 & from my phone to in store service the customer service has been top tier. Communication is great. They've always been honest about any issues, delays, processes and my vehicle issues. The staff members I've met has been friendly and informative. I would recommend this location to family and friends.

Team at Emerson road took good care of me a couple items popped up and they took care of it and the price was more than fair. Good group of guys I recommend them they aren’t out to gouge you.

Their customers service was so bad and they told us the change the the engine filters when it’s not needed. I will not go there anymore.
