The employees are friendly and helpful. I trust that the work they did on my car was done properly. I am a repeat customer for sure! They inspect my car and let me know what work needs to be done on it.

My daughter brought her car in, not having any idea what the issue was. Meineke checked it out and gave her a report. They also said they could not fix this specific issue and it had to be taken to the dealership. They did not charge her for the diagnostic or try to up sell or come up with BS issues she had to fix asap. Super impressed with their service and honesty. Most places would have taken advantage of a young lady having car issues. I know where to send her if she has any future issues. Thank You.

The mechanic did a good job replacing the radiator on my 2005 Lincoln.the guys up front were friendly and helpful... I know it was big job. But the only problem I had , was that it seemed a little expensive 1000$

I am currently in the process of re doing a job that a friend of mine paid $1600 for this shop to do, being a ASE Technician myself the quality of work this shop puts out is inexcusable. Attached are photos of the work that my buddy paid for, they completed the work and sent it back to him with 3 missing exhaust manifold bolts and tried to say it was his fault for “bringing them bad parts” the parts have nothing to do with this problem they snapped the manifold bolts in the head and shipped it out and are refusing to give any money back. DO BETTER

Overall I was completely unsatisfied with my car service on 11/30/24. The only reason why I am giving at least 2 stars is because the manager Rajiv stayed 2.5 hours after closing to fix the damage that his staff made to my vehicle. I appreciate him staying until the job was fully done effectively. I recommend more training and support to the staff as no vehicle should leave the shop “repaired” yet making noises with parts hanging and scratching the surface of the ground. Thanks again to Rajiv, but please do provide more training and personally check every vehicle to ensure that it has been repaired properly.

Friendly, but deceiving! I was told that my oil dip stick was dry with no oil showing, but no leaks. I played along because I knew I was going to need one soon. Then I was told that both front ball joints needed replaced. After setting an appointment two days out, I decided to get a second opinion. Come to find out only one was loose the other side was as tight as it could be. I won’t be going back. One of these days these shops are going to figure out when you treat your customers well and honestly you will have more business. Word of mouth will get you every time.

Simple oil change and inspection. Work not done well, had to return to shop right after service for corrective action. Manager completed work... I then checked my own air in tires, all low. Overall, nice people, bad experience. Will not return.

Don't go here if you plan on having plans. Waited an hour and a half for an oil change, so I just got my keys back and left. Had multiple employees standing around smoking and doing nothing outside.

They were all very kind, respectful, and professional. I just randomly stopped in to ask a few questions. I ended up making a same-day appointment to have my oil changed. Which took no time at and included a free inspection, in which they did not push any additional jobs on me. A text is sent to your phone that includes and link. The link is your estimate broke down by job, showing your cost for parts, labor, and any addition supplies. And you can refer to this estimate for 30 days for free.
