Meineke always takes good care of me! They message me when it’s time for an oil change & are great about scheduling for a time that works best. Greg helped me out with some discounts cause of my loyalty. The staff is friendly & responsive.

This Meineke is a great alternative to the dealer. The first time I used them was for a lighting problem that they repaired under my extended warranty. The next time was just for an oil change but they fit me in and got it done when I was leaving town on short notice. I will call these guys first before I call anyone else.

Took my Subaru in for a CEL situation. They replaced the oxygen sensor and reset the code. It came on again before I got home. They did another diagnostic the next day. Fast forward 2 months and they replaced the oxygen sensor with another one. The light has come back on again, same code.

Highly recommend. I got both front and back brakes done & my car feels amazing to drive again. They had to keep it overnight and gave me an oil change free of charge for the inconvenience. Everyone there has always been very nice and quick to get my services done.

I took my car to this shop for a brake inspection. While my brakes were fine, they found that my inner and outer tie rods were loose. They quoted me over $1,000 for the repairs, while other shops estimated just $250. Since the work was covered under warranty from another place, I planned to return it there. However, to compensate for their trouble, I asked them to replace my cabin air filter. When I got the car back, the fan was making an awful noise that I had never heard before. Curious about the issue, I checked and found four leaves stuck in the fan. It certainly made me go "hmm."

I took my vehicle in a few months back, every time I would start it up or step on the gas, it was very loud. Nef & his crew said they did an 11pt inspection, while I never saw the results, they said everything was great except that I needed new spark plugs, over a thousand dollars later, my vehicle sounded slightly better but nothing really changed, it still idled loud and sounded like a diesel.I brought it back in a few days later , my concerns were dismissed & I was told the noise was normal, that my engine was just cold, & that things just needed cleaning and I could pay for a fluid flush but they didn’t even look at it. I felt defeated. My vehicle was sounding worse over time, I went back today and there is new management and new crew members, what a completely different experience! Reese & Alex listened to my concerns, test drove the vehicle,put it up in the air and had a diagnosis in minutes! They throughly explained & showed me the problem. It had nothing to do with spark plugs. It was an exhaust leak with rusted bolts, which should have been diagnosed the first time by the other crew, if they would have taken the time to listen to me and actually inspect vehicle. If you had a bad experience before the last month, I recommend giving them another chance, the new management and team are knowledgeable,through & caring, I cannot express how appreciative I am of Reese and Alex,taking the time to explain and fix my issue. My vehicle is running smoothly & I can’t recommend them enough! They have earned my trust.

I was impressed with Meineke. I made an appointment easily online. When I arrived I was greeted by a very nice and knowledgeable gal. The service member was terrific also. They are very informative; I was sent pictures of everything from tires (they rotated them), oil, etc. as well as giving me info on how soon some other systems may need work to be done, and prices so I can prepare! I am definitely taking my car back there for services!

Thank-you Reese & Alex !!! By far this was the BEST experience I’ve ever had @ a car repair shop . I LOVE my 2005 Mazda RX8 ( original owner) but because it has a rotary engine, most mechanics won’t or don’t know how to work on it. Having just picked it up from another shop, after they had it for a month. It was worse & had more problems than when I took it there. Several thousand later, finally admitted they don’t know how to fix. Now my engine light is on & leaking coolant. On a whim, I dropped by Meineke in Hillsboro (very nervous too many bad experiences with other repair shops) Immediately Reese put me at ease. She & Alex were very knowledgeable about rotary engines. Although it was closing time, they didn’t rush me out. Instead they treated me like an old friend. Scheduled me for the next morning for an inspection. (Very reasonable for all that was checked) through out the day, I was given updates and photos. Alex found the problems, parts were ordered and fixed next day. Never once was I nickel & dimed, or pressured into other unnecessary repairs. Both Reese & Alex went the extra mile to even check for recalls. I was always given the price before anything was done. Both Reese & Alex are amazing, doing research BEFORE tearing my car apart. Another bonus Meineke has is a car credit card with 0% interest for 6 months. I’m definitely keeping my RX8 & will continue to go to Meineke, as long as they are there. Many thanks again!!!! Michele M.

My mom brought her car in for a diag. We were told it was free from the start. When we got there to drop off her car, the gal told us it is FREE, unless they need to go further into a diag. HOWEVER, we were told she would get a call first before doing so to see if she wanted to spend the money on it. When we came in to pick it up she told me it was just under $100 for her diag, all because the tech checked her oil for fuel, without our consent of doing so. Now realize that is now categorized as in an a in depth diag, which my mom didn't want to do. Luckily they waved the charge. Which she is grateful for. They had only one tech in the shop and you can tell the guy wasn't happy about it. When he pulled out the car that was still on the lift when we arrived, I asked him if he was wanting to put it in a parking spot. He responds with and very condescending and unprofessional attitude "Or you can just take it?" I was taken back by his response and I shrugged it off and said thank you for doing her car. He responds yet again with an attitude "Yep." I understand the frustration of being the only tech and being in this heat. But remember you chose to persue that job and you should still treat your customers with respect and professionalism.
