We had a 1pm appt time. Car was not taken back until an hour later and wasnt finished until 45 mins after that. It was for just an oil change.

After the service I received I must leave a review. My family has been coming to Meineke since I was a teenager and now it was finally my turn as an adult. From the service to the customer service it's all immaculate. Dan is the nicest person in the world and really takes into consideration the impact a major repair may have on someone. I highly recommend Meineke (on West Wendover). If you're looking for honest mechanics this is the place. Dan helped me more than he knows and I'm grateful and very appreciative. Although I hope I never have to come back with another major car repair I'm thankful knowing that I know exactly where to come if needed. Thanks Meineke! Thanks Dan!

The Meineke on Wendover has the nicest workers who will get you in and out as fast as they can. I would recommend Meineke to anyone looking for a good place to get an oil change or anything on your car fixed.

I’ve had to take my vehicle into this location on 3 separate occasions. Every time, it was the same…great service! They could work on status communication, as I was always having to call them at COB to ask what my vehicle status was. Aside from that, everything else was stellar!

They always take care of me. Literally been taking my car here since I moved in the area in 2022. Dan rocks! They are upfront with costs but emphasizes what needs to be done immediately. I also have my car inspected here.

Very responsive and helpful people. They were able to diagnose my car and figure out why it wasn't running. Turned out to be the mass air flow sensor. They replaced the part and turned around in less than 24 hrs. Would highly recommend this place.

Dan and his crew were professional and personable. Dan walked me through everything found during my catalytic converter change, oil change and state inspection. There was no attempt to upsell me. In fact, he talked me out of having several things done I thought may be needed. And, the cat converter was 1/3 the cost the Subaru dealer quoted me! After Jiffy Lube failed my state inspection because of what they perceived to be insufficient brake pad thickness (and the visible light transmission of my factory-installed privacy-glass window tinting?!), Andrew checked my brakes at no charge and told me I have plenty of pad thickness. He advised I have them looked at again after three more oil changes (15,000 miles). I've been using Meineke for my repairs. Now they'll be doing my inspections too. Thank you Andrew and Dan! I obviously don't learn quickly. A different express oil change service told me my rear brake pads and rotors need immediate replacement. Regarding a slow leak in one tire, I was told the cause is probably dry rot. I brought my car back to Andrew at Meineke. He told me I probably have two oil changes left before I'll need brake pads. He said that, based on what he could see, he thinks the rotors are fine. The folks at Meineke found a puncture in the tread of the slow-leaking tire. This would have been an easy sale for a less scupulous company. Meineke just replaced my tires, aligned my wheels, and checked my brakes. Despite being a high-volume shop, they are always very curteous and accommodating. And the brake pads I was told needed immediate replacement by two different express oil change services, one over a year ago, are still okay according to Meineke. Very honest folks here!

Hey folks if you have not tried miemeke on wendover , I would definately recommend it. All the people there get you taken care of and do not treat you like another ticket. I have been going there and they get me taken care of. Thanks to Dan and the staff

I appreciate that they took the time to put the car on the lift and "check" for problems. However, it wasn't driven, after being told that is where the problem/sound was coming from. Also didn't top off any fluids as they should have been pretty low, since we communicated that the car hadn't been serviced since purchase in 2020, and that the car was to take a 1200+ miles roundtrip drive. No papers were given to show that anything had been done or crossed off of possibilities. Waste of an hour and a half, still have problem with the vehicle and don't even have a diagnostic sheet to check with another mechanic.

I had a hard time getting my 2004 F150 to start, which was very unusual for this pickup. Went over to Meineke to get the truck checked and they found dead cells in my 6 year old battery. They replaced the battery and all is well. Thanks meineke.
