I had a good experience. I just needed and oil change but they do a complete inspection and rotate your tires too. It takes longer than a regular oil change but it's important. For instance I found out my tires were needing to be replaced. They can do that to! Only downside for me is the waiting area is not appealing for that long of a wait and there was no where desirable to walk around the area. I took an Uber home which was completely my choice.

Don't bother yourself calling before you go there...I called them that i have some issue with my car and I asked them if they could check it out for me same day if they are available they told me they are available i drove 10 miles I arrived there at the time...then the guy over there told me they were too busy and i have to book after 2 days and they cant do nothing about it...you cant ask for more pathetic customer service than that.

I feel "at home" with the intake guys who are so good at explaining what needs to be done, what can wait, what the estimated cost is, & how long the service will take. Their honesty & quality work has gained my trust over the years .

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Courtesy ride home and back to pick up vehicle. They email you an inspection report (color photos included) with results and recommendations. I have been using their services for about 4 years and have always been pleased.

I have to take my fleet vehicle here for all repairs. I took it in for some work and told the mechanic that the car is making noise in the front end. They didn’t find anything wrong of course. A month later my car steering fails and I take it back now they tell me oh it’s the rack and pinions. Over $2900 and they had the car 4 days and never called me to update me on progress. I had to call them every day and ask about my van. These mechanics are not good. 4 hour job takes these incompetents 4 days. I’ll update to see if it’s was fixed.Don’t take your car here for anything but an oil change.

Tech did not turn off “”Oil maintenance needed” message on the dash. We are from Santa Maria had to go by Meineke in SM to have them reset it.😒

The Meineke car care service center in Fresno was great! They fixed a hard-to- find-suspension issue that had been plaguing my Subaru Outback for a while, and flushed the brakes-- two other shops were not able to deal with the issues, 😕, but Meine was courteous and professional and got the job done right!

My experience at this shop is exactly why I only work on my own cars and don’t let anyone else work on them. I took my mom’s car in to try to sell because they had messaged me that they saw the ad and were interested. When I got there his mechanic took it for a 10 min test drive where he drove the car very hard. After he got back they wanted to lift the car up in the air to look underneath so as they were lifting it up it almost fell off the rack because they didn’t rack it right the first time. After looking underneath the car for 20 mins the guy decided it was his turn to take the car for a test drive and drove it really hard also. And now the car makes noises I’ve never heard before. So now after all the work I’ve done to this car to get it to run good for the new owner, after their very hard test drives and abuse of a car that they weren’t even interested in buying due to their lowball offer. I now have to put more money and time into this car before I can sell it.

This is hands-down the worst car shop I’ve ever been to. Not only did they completely mess up a simple repair, but they’re also running a scam with their vouchers. They sold me a voucher promising discounts on future services, but when I tried to use it, they claimed it ‘didn’t apply’ to anything I needed. Total fraud! They’ll do anything to get more money out of you, even if it means deceiving customers. Do not trust this place!

I've been a customer of Craig Chin's for a few years now.. Prior to CKM, Now Meineke, I went to more budget friendly shops. As the saying goes..you get what you pay for. That continues to be true with Craig's "Meineke" Shop ( 1st one on the west coast ).. The " extra" cost brings: extra customer service..extra quality mechanics.."extra" peace of mind..AND total trust that all services recommended and provided are of the highest quality.. On top of all this.. Craig is a really nice guy.😉.. And no..he didn't pay me for this review..😂 2024 UPDATE: I miss seeing Craig, as he has moved on into retirement? But pleased to meet Dominic ( or was it Tom 😂).who has taken over the reins. Still the same quality, reliable, dependable service.. Thank you...

It took all day for an oil change. When I went to pick up my car, there was no one in the office to wait on me. The first service man that walked in from the work area walked passed by me without acknowledging my presence. The second service man that came in was more helpful. The only reason I will go back is because we bought one of their service vouchers.

Our car died on the way to Yosemite and we went to Meineke because it was the only place open. We were pretty sure it was an alternator because we had the battery tested when it first died and it was fine. They said it was the battery and replaced the battery, then the car died again and we took it back and they agreed it was the alternator. They then charged us for the wrong invoice and had us come back in to pay the correct one as we were leaving. A month later the car died again and we took it to our local mechanic who said the battery was no longer connected and everything was loose and had not been properly attached. He also looked at the invoices and said we were overcharged. Wouldn’t recommend, they were nice but overcharged us, didn’t diagnose the original issue, didn’t properly repair the actual issue and didn’t invoice us properly.
