I took my cars to Chris S at Meineke274 in Fairfax, VA for an oil change (2002 Nissan Maxima) and a second car (2018 Lexus IS 300) for a new battery and tires. Chris and his team did a great job on both vehicles. The Maxima has been running very well after the oil change. In addition, Chris and his team conducted a thorough inspection of the Maxima and found the vehicle to be in good condition despite its “advanced” age. Chris and his team replaced the battery in my IS 300 and the tires, too in a highly efficient and effective manner. Chris provided solid recommendations for the tires purchased and his team installed the tires promptly and professionally. Chris and his team are valued automotive experts who deliver high-quality, reliable services to customers at affordable prices. I recommend Chris and his team for automotive services done right!

Mediocre service. The great thing about the shop is that there are decent number of availabilities for walk-in drop-off on the weekend. The mechanic was also efficient with service time. However, the trade-off is a lack of customer service and relative high price. The front desk person was not attentive and provided very little transparency in billing as quoted price was not the same as the actual price. Paid close to $110 for only oil change at this shop when other shops in the area provide additional services on top of oil change for a lower price.

My car was done fast without hassle or upselling. Fantastic price too! They've also done right by my 23 year old daughter, not trying to pull one over on either of us. That says a lot as single women needing car repairs. Too often mechanics try to take advantage of women thinking they don't know what they're talking about. This shop didn't and that matters. We will both be back in the future.

Dropped my truck off at 7:30. Was ready by 3:00. Chris was outstanding. Gives you the straight truth and if your vehicle doesn't need something he doesn't try to sell it. Anyways my truck and other suv will be going there from now on. I realized after going to Chris at Meineke, a $345 repair would have easily have become $1000 or more at Koons Chevy! Thanks guys. Outstanding service!!

I brought in my car for an oil leak. Chris diagnosed the problem to a leaking/ busted oil line. Ordered the part, got it, installed it and I’m on the road. My entire family goes to Chris because he’s thorough, professional and doesn’t leave any to chance. I’d give 10 stars if I could.👍

I brought my Lexus LX470 in for a muffler repair. The Service Rep, whose name was Chris, was a real professional. Brought my car into the garage, explained what needed to be done, and provided a picture describing the repair. He then set up an appointment for me to bring my car back in. The repair was done on time and the car run great. Well done!

Paid 75 for an oil change and asked if they topped the fluids, guy with glasses said yes, and when I checked later not fluids were topped. Happened twice and also each time I went, a day or two later I had tire problems. Guy can't even look at you in the face.

We had a great experience with Chris. We got new quality tires in the time promised and prices were as good as any giant discount store. He didn’t nickel-and-dime us trying to sell us stuff we didn’t need, either. Highly recommend!

While traveling from Connecticut to Virginia to visit our two Grandchildren. We unfortunately hit a piece of steel on the interstate yet were able to continue our trip. The following day I googled Meineke muffler and met with Chris the owner who gave me a very fair estimate and offered a 10% Veteran’s discount. He did my repair in under two hours and did a great job! Thank you Chris 🇺🇸
