I've been there 4 times so far. The best of experiences with these guys. Chris is the best Very informative guy. Chris has been removed. Its a real shame. He was reason I came there religiously. I guess numbers are the most important thing with Menike.

Chris and Dustin are knowledgeable Managers, they understands customers concerns and articulate problem solving well with their customers. I am informed in a timely manner by text if there is a delay or an increase in quoted price due to part availability by retailers or dealer OEM part. They ensues that I am satisfied with my vehicle regarding the worked performed by their staff at time of pick-up. I would recommend Meineke to anyone looking for a vehicle quality repair shop located in the Edmond area. I have been utilizing this facility for over two year and I have had work completed on numerous vehicles, from transmission to breaks. Their knowledge and care have earned my admiration.

Efficient and courteous check in. The 45 minute turnaround time was longer than expected for just an oil change in a car that had no other problems, but that may be the exception, and not the rule.

I can’t say enough great things about Dustin, Renee, and the incredible mechanic at Meineke! I came in with an emergency traveling from Nevada to Ohio, and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road in under two hours. Was traveling in from out of state to visit family when I noticed an oil leak on Friday afternoon. I called and Dustin said to come by and they’d check it out and make sure I was good to get home. Dustin and his guys were great and straight forward in addressing the issue and getting it knocked out. Appreciate the service and making sure all was safe and fixed to get my family home!

I love this place. They are great people who really care about you and your vehicle. We moved to Edmond this year and this is the only place I will be bringing my car. They are fast, efficient and they communicate everything with you the entire time they have your car. They warranty/guarantee their work too. You won’t find a caring shop like this one folks! I’ll be back this Saturday and thank you for fixing my flat tire this evening. You guys rock! I 10/10 recommend Meineke of Edmond!!!

There is nothing worse than an added, unexpected expense around Christmas, especially when the added, expected expense are already budgeted for the holiday. My vehicle was leaking oil, so I scheduled an appointment with Meineke, hoping not to leave behind a bigger pile of money than the pools of oil I was leaving. The mechanic took my vehicle back right away and went to work. He called my name and I embraced myself for the bad news to my bank account. He, instead, showed me the extremely simple fix —fixing what the last place I took my car to did not fix— and charged me nothing. They were even kind enough to print out what the problem was for me to get a refund from the other place. I have taken other vehicles to Meineke, their work is always done well. The mechanics also try to help keep your budget as much as possible. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Women: they do not talk down to you. I cannot recommend this place enough.

These guys were absolutely top notch. Seriously. Best experience I’ve had at an auto service location in years! Here’s the story: I drove up to UCO in Edmond late on a Friday afternoon from Blanchard to help my daughter who was having “car issues.” After trouble-shooting the problem myself, I made the non-expert conclusion that the front driver’s side bearings were done. Called Meineke down the road in Edmond and they said they would take a look, even though it was about 90 minutes before closing on a Friday. To make a long story short, it turned out there was just a tiny pebble jammed behind the brake shield. They easily coulda charged me for a new bearing and hub assembly, not to mention the labor. But instead, they were honest & professional. Well done fellas. Well done.
