First day I went didn’t like the manager attitude. He seemed so nonchalant. Made appointment, came back the next day. The next day, it was another man there. Nice guy!! Yes the young lady was very helpful. Went in for oil change. Gave knowledge on things that need to be fixed.

Do Not Go Here! I will be reporting the “Manager” Chris to the Better Business Bureau… I came to this establishment at the beginning of January 2025 after making an appointment for an oil change, immediately was confronted by Chris who naturally has a weird pushy rude demeanor. He stated he was unable to perform an oil change for me b/c there were several rental cars dropped off that needed maintenance & he would not have time to do my oil change and ask if I could come back the next day. Which I informed him I was driving 15 hours home and I wouldn’t be able to come back. I was understanding and I left, I decided I would come back to the establishment upon my return to Dallas. I called and made an appointment 1/30/2025 & Here I am 1/31/2025 trying to get my oil change and again I’m being turned away by the rude guy Chris. I don’t understand. This is terrible. I’m starting to wonder if this guy is being discriminatory towards me.

Great experience great customer service was always greeted with a big smile james an Dermal were awesome they solved my problem 😀 an got me back safely on the road. I highly recommend this location if you want service with a 😃 will be going back for all my needs thanks you guys it hard to find people you can trust an hold true to there word .

I was here November,19th ,2024 around 4:45 pm &” Manager Chris was VERY unhelpful ! He was disrespectful and lacked customer service skills .Chris did not make an effort to do his job correctly. He seemed very unmotivated to help with my trucks oil change .I will never come back too this location ever again .Chris please learn better management/people skills, you were extremely unprofessional!

Sasha, Chris and Jose provided exceptional service. I had multiple maintenance services provided and they kept me in the loop as to the progress made. They gave me a heads up on additional maintenance that needs to be done soon. I will continue to bring my vehicles to this location for maintenance and state inspections. They are pretty thorough at this location. I've been there a few times now and haven't had any problems with my service. I highly recommend for your car care needs.

At first Chris seemed eager to help me with my repairs but once I decided not to use my warranty and have him make the repairs, his whole attitude changed and he became unprofessional and his comments definitely uncalled for. Take your car anywhere but here.

Being My first time visiting this location ( 507 West Mockingbird Dallas) for an oil change. I was pleasantly greeted and taken care of quickly. I referred My daughter and she loved her experience as well. We both will be returning. 😁

I really appreciate the work that was done to my car and my girlfriend's cat as well. Never judge a book by its cover; My girls 2015 Lexus IS had several warning lights on and different mechanics had looked at her car over the years and said it was sensors turning the lights on. They turned the lights off but only for a week or so lapsed before they turned back on. Meineke has a wonderful Hispanic female that worked on my car and my girls car. She carefully inspected all areas of my girls car and informed me of the repairs, and I was impressed that just small repairs she did.... Turned off all the warning lights! Its going on two months now and all my girls warning lights have not Turned Back on at ALL! Meineke has my business and they did not try to upsell me other service work that was not necessary that other shops have tried to do in the past. THANK YOU Meineke for the great work on my cars; I will be back!

I stopped by this center to get my brakes looked at because of squeaking. Joe was super nice. He changed out the front brake pads and replaced the brake fluid. Price was reasonable and Joe checked with me before doing any of the work with an exact price.

I was here this morning & was initially told by a very nice lady that there is a wait but they can definitely get me taken care of for an oil change and to just wait for her boss. After waiting for some time, he came but when he found out I wanted to use a voucher he turned me away saying I’d need to make an appointment to use the voucher. Which I doubled checked and it did say that so that definitely was my mistake. I apologized and asked if there is anything that can be done saying that I would be willing to wait. I specifically had my mom come over this morning to watch my baby so I can finally run some overdue errands. And I honestly get rules being rules but sometimes it’s all about how you deliver a message and to at least make a customer feel like you tried even if you don’t. It’s just simple customer service etiquette really. Instead whole demeanor was like he is actually annoyed by me using a voucher. Knowing they would’ve had me taken care of if it wasn’t for that, it was really disheartening how he now didn’t even want to try to make anything work same day. I asked if I can make an appointment same day & was basically told they already have all these appointments - pointing at a calendar with just 3 appointments & only one person in the waiting room at the time. Didn’t even try to offer me a later time that day - nothing & was basically like I can do Monday through Friday making it clear that I would not be helped today because I would be using their voucher. I work Monday through Friday but at that point it felt like I’m literally asking for free service or begging and not actually a customer that’s simply using discounted service via voucher so I scheduled an appointment for next Saturday and left. As I drove away I felt so uncomfortable with my experience that I decided I rather not have them touch my car since I honestly didn’t even trust they’d do a good job just because I’m using a voucher. I’d recommend not offering anymore vouchers if this is how you feel about them. I will definitely not be using my voucher at this point as I rather let it go to waste then come back here. So I guess you can consider this a cancellation of my appointment next week. Vouchers are great to reach new customers which I thought this business was doing since I wouldn’t ve been here otherwise but even the best deal is worthless if you don’t treat your customers well.

Repair Done: Catalytic Converter Replacement after Theft on a 2015 Toyota Tundra 11/01/2024 - Update I wanted to share an additional update on my experience. It turns out the honeycomb inside my catalytic converter was damaged, causing oil leakage and a rattling/vibrating sound. Initially, I thought it might just be a loose screw in the engine area since I had recently replaced the headlight bulbs on my Tundra, which involved removing the full grille and some panels. Thinking it could be user error, I took my truck back to Meineke, but unfortunately, the issue was more serious than expected. To add to my frustration, I discovered I was just two months past the 12-month/12,000-mile warranty. It’s natural to feel disappointed and want to assign blame, but I understand that this type of damage can happen, often due to impacts on the undercarriage. Here is where Meineke stepped up and went above and beyond: 1. Gave me a discount on the repair. 2. Finished the repair in one day so that I didn't have to go and get a rental (would have been out of pocket since this was not an insurance claim). 3. When I dropped by truck off that morning, I planned to Uber back home. Meineke gave me a ride back to my home to save money on the Uber ride. Once again, exceptional service that went above and beyond! Big shout out to Chris, the manager, for his excellent communication and for turning an unfortunate situation into a positive experience. I’m a customer for life!

They were very quick. The female mechanic was very sweet, friendly, and kind. She should be the one dealing with customers! They said they don't have stickers for the next oil change. Showing miles so I'm not sure when I should have it done again but I'll figure it out.
