Adam did an amazing job of walking me through every part of the process. He was even able to explain it to where I fully understood all the work that was being done and why. The guys in the shop were extremely friendly! I even enjoyed the wait, chatting here and there while they were working. I'd give more stars if I could!

HORRIBLE BUSSINES!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! I took my car to get an oil change here for the first time. And hours after I went there my car started acting up and there was some kind of fluid leaking from under the my car. I called the next day trying to get this resolved and I was told by Adam the Manager to bring back for them to take a look at it. I had to get a towing truck take my car to that shop. And once I got there the manager said that he couldn’t do anything for me because he didn’t do anything, and he said it was a “mere coincidence” and lied about sending some information to me about the car. When I asked him about him giving me a copy of the information he supposedly sent to me, he said he didn’t have it there for some reason and that I would have to wait until Monday to get that report he talked to me about. He tried to tell me that he could fix my car but I was gonna have to pay for him to fix it. BOTTOM LINE, he is not going to help me and now I don’t have a car to move around because of somebody’s negligence!!! I will be taking legal actions, Because this is a public safety issue. And by the way he was talking to me it’s obvious this is not the first time he does something like this.

I had an absolutely disastrous experience at this Meineke location. There are so many things wrong with the way I was treated by these people that I don't even know where to start. I visited this Meineke for a wheel alignment and tie rod replacement. After inspecting my vehicle, they recommended a wide variety of utterly unnecessary maintenance, including a brake fluid flush, power steering fluid flush, coolant flush, fuel injector service, and front and rear strut and shock replacement. In total, this maintenance would have cost over $1,500. To give just one example of how ridiculous these recommendations were, my vehicle service schedule recommends a coolant flush at 150,000 miles. My vehicle has 82,000 miles. They recommended a coolant flush every 40,000 miles. What disturbs me is that someone who knows less about cars than I do could easily have been defrauded out of $1,500. I can only assume that this is a standard business practice for them. I strongly considered taking my business elsewhere simply on principle, but Meineke had already had my car for several hours. Instead of starting all over with another mechanic and wasting even more time, I chose to just have the alignment and tie rod replacement done. This was a serious mistake on my part. I dropped the car off on Thursday morning. On Thursday afternoon, they called to inform me that the service may take until early the next morning. The vehicle was not ready until about 4 PM the next day. It took well over 24 hours for service that I was told would take 3 hours. After I paid for the service, I realized that I had forgotten to use a coupon for $50 off a $500 service. I turned around and came back. The Meineke representative refused to honor the coupon. Evidently, it was too burdensome a request to knock $50 off a $1,000 bill. Immediately after I got the car back, I noticed that the steering was binding up as I turned the wheel. I would try to turn the wheel, hear a clunk, and would have to apply much more force to keep turning the wheel. I returned to Meineke, where they found that the rack and pinion were damaged and now needed to be replaced. They tried to convince me that they were giving me a great deal because they would charge me $1,300 rather than $1,600 to fix a part that they broke while working on the car. What a bargain!  So after damaging my vehicle, causing the steering to be worse than it was before they had worked on the car, they expected me to pay more to fix their mistake. They already tried to rip me off once by recommending over $1,500 worth of unnecessary maintenance. I will not be giving them a second chance. After visiting another mechanic, I discovered that not only did Meineke break my car's rack and pinion, they also installed one of the tie rods improperly. The cost of replacing the rack and pinion and performing another alignment will be roughly $2,000.

Adam provided outstanding service at the front desk! He took my call, let me know they weren’t too busy, and got me in and out quickly. His kindness and personable approach were unmatched—I noticed he made sure every customer who came in felt just as valued as I did. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for him. Won’t go anywhere else for my car care needs!

Great service. Just drove by and decided to get the oil changed. Took my car right in and started the service. Also did a review of tires and underside of automobile. Made recommendations about safety items and provided a quote for work.

Chet is amazing! (Manager) Quickly assisted me. Clear snd Vocal on all things pertaining to my vehicles maintenance, explained things to where I understood completely; Showed very much attention to the customer and frequently updated me as my car was serviced. I am not from Texas and dont know anyone that can fix cars, But boy am I glad I came to this location! I now have a comfortable place to check my car out without being overcharged just because I don’t know about cars. I felt very good about this entire visit and if you are looking for proper TLC for your vehicle COME TO CHET! Thanks Chet!!!!! much appreciation to you!!! it’s hard for me to ever get extraordinary service like this!!

Easy team to work with. They replaced my aftermarket Hawk rotors, brake pads and sensor w/o issues. Most places only replace if parts are bought at same shop. Also provided a free inspection report. Ill be back again

Totally would recommend Meineke in Dallas for all services. Chet the Manager was awesome, always wonderful Customer Service. Everything was explained in detail, and service was great, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Even took me home and brought me back when my car was done. Thank you so much, will be going back for all my SUV's needs as they have now worked on both of my vehicles, and no issues here. Thanks again for a great experience, I truly appreciate it.

8/29 Brought in for AC condenser replacement. Transmission fluid line was not properly connected by technician to new condenser; transmission fluid was spilled out (not noticed by technician, noticed by me) onto concrete and all over the engine compartment, while engine was running. Transmission not shifting properly and hard rough engine idling ensued. Brought vehicle back to Meineke to address bit to no avail. Engine will not start or idle now. 8/30 towed vehicle to a dealership for extensive evaluation and repair and will figure out course of action with/against Meineke or their insurer soon.

I had a great experience. Everything was explained to me in complete detail. Everyone was friendly and very patient. I like the photos they send to my phone regarding issues and recommendations. And the price point was very affordable. Definitely going back to have my car serviced. They did not try to upsell or pressure me into buying anything. The manager was very informative and detailed.

I was happy to find the dealership open on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. The manager was friendly when I walked in, but for a simple oil change, and with what I could see was very little activity it took almost an hour and a half. I had to keep checking on the vehicle. After the first 15 minutes or so of no activity, the manager told me then that the guys were just finishing up their lunch. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
