EDITED to add pics since they claim review is fake. This isn’t Jeff, Matt, Ty, Jason at the Xmas party? Nobody in this shop is a certified mechanic. The manager Chris Jackman takes parts off of customers cars and never puts them back on. They threw away a dipstick instead of putting it back on the customers car. No integrity here. They buy parts from the local part store and charge customers 3x the cost. Buying motors out of the junkyard. Save your time and money. Their faulty lifts WILL damage your cars. Fake photos? Fake account? Ha. This isnt meineke car care center located on two notch rd? A google account is a google account. Here are more photos from your establishment. We will see if OSHA thinks they are fake. You didnt tear lifts down this past week? I’ll post more for the world to see since they are so fake.

non certified mechanics putting brake pads on backwards. He is also pictured below at their Christmas party with the owners and Jeff. Read further down on reviews the Mazda that waited 7 weeks for a motor is also in the pics. She waited so long bc they got the motor from the junkyard and it didn’t work. The manager is pictured below along with pics from vehicles they’ve had to fix body work on bc of their faulty lifts. My husband was fired because Chris Jackman called the fire Marshall and osha first but my husband was the one who admitted to calling. So he was retaliated against. Chris takes cars home and gets paid on the side too. They got upset he gave the client the Gm’s number after Chris Jackman didnt have the decency to let the customer know he damaged his car on the lift. They leave parts off your cars and throw them in the dumpster. Like the dipstick Ty had to get out the dumpster after Chris threw that away. Here are more pics. Of the manager and the establishment since they will comment and say the review isn’t real. What’s not real about it? This is your shop, your lifts and customers cars youve messed up due to your greed. Stop shopping at junkyards buying motors and parts charging customers 3x the amount. You can see the animal care center in one of the pics as well that’s located across the street. This is meineke car care center two notch location. No doubt about it. 12/30/24, I saw leaked oil at the bottom and top engine my car. The district manager (Matt or Mark) inspected my 2010 accord. He told me me my car needed to do a fluid leak detection $205, dollars replaced bottom oil pan gasket $505, replaced drain nut, oil change $109. Total with tax $ 830.85. I agreed to fix. After fixed I asked what caused the leaking oil on top. The manager Christopher Jackman told me it leaked at the bottom, the belt kicked to the top. 1/10/25. I saw the leaking oil. I brought the car back. Christopher told me he used the uv light to look for the leak. He told me leaking power steerring oil. He quote $1196.96. I replace 8 inches rubber hose which I bought a foot hose at Auto zone. It fixed with $6 dollars. 1/11/25 I still saw the leak oil. When I went under my car to investigate. I saw the leak at head gasket and of course bottom engine pan. Meineke 10300 Two Notch rd did not do the fluid leak detection at the first time. They fixed the wrong thing. It took about seven weeks to have the motor replaced in my Mazda Tribute due to bad motors being sent from a supplier. They sent three separate motors that were installed and then removed. Chris had more patients with the supplier than I would have because his labor was wasted. The car still has a bad miss because of a bad rear spark-plug that i supplied but I could not afford to pay for more work !

This how they left her vehicle. She’s 64 years old. If you go here you deserve to get taken advantage of. They charged my mother in law for an oil change they didn’t do. They left her oil cap off. Told her the tire sensors didn’t work and they all worked perfectly. Lazy.

I came if for a straight pipe price estimate and they had me sign a liability waver, understandable, but dont sign it. I left with a “complimentary” multipoint inspection (that i didnt want or know of), a leaking power steering pump onto my alternator, and a squeal from the alternator belt slipping. The caps for my washer fluid and power steering from inspection were not reinstalled.

I initially thought they were good people/mechanics in here. But after going in for a coolant leak and being sold a new radiator just for it to continue leaking and overheating. I brought it back the next day and he finds another issue with my car that ACTUALLY is causing the leak and he wants another $900 to fix it after I just gave him $1400 for the radiator not 3 days prior. I got a second opinion and fixed the leak myself for $30 at autozone and an hours worth of work. This place will rip you off any way they can BEWARE. I didn’t need a damn radiator and he knew it.

They initially stated the diagnostic fee was $160.00 to check out a steering fluid leak. Husband goes to pick up the car and diagnostic fee is changed to $225.00. They did not do anything extra outside of their norm. Wont recommend them at all and will not return. Price Gauging. Better off going to a dealer for that price

Upsell, Upsell, Upsell. Prices are high to begin with, $80 for an oil change yeah right. Then have them try to sell me tires that are way over priced too. Nope, I won't be back. I would give 1/2 star if I could.

HAPPY VETERANS DAY! I go in for an oil change for the good discount prices. Watch an employee drive a customers car over a parking curb and scrap going into the bay and I tell the manager. Manager comes to talk to me and the lady so I respond back but I had to speak up because an ambulance was going by and they had their rock music on in the bay. Manager got real heated. Obviously not a professional place. Seemed to be everyone’s first day too. I got my keys and left. Thanks for yelling at me Sir! Happy Veterans Day.

Oct 2024 Took the car in because it was hard to handle - all over the road. The District Manager was there that day and wrote me up a quote of $2,300. He wanted to basically replace the whole front end. I found an old friend that had opened his own shop that I was unaware of. He replaced the rear tires and told me I would need a new steering ball joint in the first half of 2025. $400. The car rides and handles great. Meineke could have had a customer for life. A friend of mine and awesome mechanic owned that shop for years and had a big following. He retired and sold to Meineke. The DM was being greedy and tried to oversale. Fail.

The service at Meineke was excellent. They were able to fix an issue that I had after the throttle body plug broke off. I received frequent calls throughout the process letting me know what was going on with my vehicle. Great job!
