I stopped in at the 8th street location with no appt., and an emergency Eric, store manager , got my car up on the rack identified the repairs needed and had the parts in house that I needed and got me out and on my way before they closed. While there, I heard him taking care of some clients with compassion and courtesy! Great customer service I was so fortunate to have stopped and got my car taken care of on a Saturday afternoon! Thanks again to all the guys there. I highly recommend these guys to take good care of you

First time getting service at Meineke! I scheduled online which gave me a coupon and when I came in they were prompt, helpful, and kind. I got an oil change and a tire rotation, all done in about an hour. They also inspected my car, talking me through what needs maintenance in the future. I’ll be going back for my car need! Honestly. Probably one of the best most trustworthy and honest places. I've ever been to have my car work done I looked at. After feeling cheated at other places, I decided to use this place for my oil changes and I have never been disappointed or unhappy with the service. Or the staff, they are all so kind and helpful. Creed is the best mechanic and Erik is the best manager and customer service person ever

I like this Meineke for several reasons. Nathan is really good at what he does as store manager. He takes his time explaining everything thoroughly and not throwing anything else in the mix that is considered excessive costs overrun. Very appreciative of that as I watched him deal with other customers. Always takes his time with my vehicle which is something I personally want that way nothing is overlooked and they also don’t feel rushed as well. I just appreciate the work they do and also the suggestions they provide as well based on the situation. I will be returning again as I appreciate the care. Thanks again too everyone that took care of me yesterday.

I will definitely be back for any future vehicle service needs, these guys were super friendly and helpful and accommodated me despite not having an appointment. The mechanic who worked on my car came out and spoke to me to understand how to best help me with my car and explain what he recommended and why. I was very impressed with the service I received here. So thankful to have found them.

I’ve been going to Meineke for years, one specific location for at least 7 years or so. I’ve never had any real issues but mainly go for routine maintenance. Recently I went in for a standard oil change and they told me about some leaks that needed fixed. I decided to take care of the radiator hose that day and ended up paying $800 for their services that day. The next day the hose detached and all of the new fluid drained. I took it back the next day and they worked on it for about an hour and half and I drove away. The next day the heat in my car went out and the fluid drained again, and my car put itself into emergency parking at a stop light and took a few minutes to get going again. I took it back and they worked on it again. The manager did try to make it right (which is the only reason I gave two stars instead of one) so I ended up getting more work done on my drive shaft the next day. While the coolant/radiator issue is better and is holding fluid now, my car smells like it is burning coolant every time I drive it, even after only driving a half mile. At this point I’m too concerned to take it back to make sure that it’s all good. I also just don’t have time to keep going back during my work day. I’ll probably take it elsewhere for a double check, just disappointed that it became such a hassle and I am apprehensive about the quality/longevity of the other work I had done.

This time the parts were there so happily I did not have the 1.5 hrs wait time for a brake job! I really liked the good service at the desk as well. The only off putting thing was being told my oil looked dirty, when in fact it had been changed a month ago. We checked it at home and it was absolutely NOT dirty, a pale clear brown. Hummmm, hope they are not trying to make extra money by telling a falsehood.

Took my Car in for an oil change and break pads. This shop managed to total my car. It's a complete and total loss ! The shop refuses to give me my money back for the work they did that resulted in the loss of my vehicle. They tried to blame me for the condition they returned my vehicle in. I would NEVER take your vehicle here! I know several other people that have had poor repairs and experiences at the Limit Street location. Please- for the love of your car- go somewhere else!
