I came in to get a tire on a rim yesterday And payed the man $60. Today I called back up because my tire keeps getting flat since yesterday and now they say they don’t have a ticket on the car ever being there so basically I wasted my time to get my tire fixed by The wrong people very unprofessional.

I was traveling home across multiple states over the New Years holiday when my truck blew a spark plug on I-75. I coasted into this repair shop on a Friday morning. The management here was friendly and worked diligently to get my truck repaired and diagnose the issue. The repair required an outside mechanic to be called in to replace the spark plugs that were compromised. Despite all of these hurdles, the team here managed to get me back on the road by Friday evening. I’m grateful for their honesty and hard work so I could get my truck back up running again and continue on my journey home. Would recommend using this shop. Thanks Meineke team for getting me home.

They do a great job with my car. My exhaust pipe was broke they fixed it in a hour, 3 weeks later my muffler broke and he fixed it before I could come back with the money, they are very help full and help me without trying to get over because I’m a girl.

Cedric the owner/operater is knowledgeable and friendly On edit: There are a number of shops that I could have used to have my car serviced at but, because I have confidence in the manner that the repairs were performed at Meineke on Reading Road, I will continue to be a return customer and I highly recommend this business. My first experience wasn’t good.They had my car back there for over 2 hours while the 2 older techs where literally sitting in chairs doing nothing to my vehicle.Then when I told the manager of the place I had to because I had an appointment,He told me he would email what was wrong with my vehicle instead he sent me the paid invoice and put I declined to have my vehicle repaired when I was never even told what was wrong with my vehicle.I will never go back there or refer anyone there.
