I was in Charlotte today from out of town, when I had a flat tire out of nowhere. I stopped and realized I didn't have the tools to change it out. The closest shop to me was Meineke. I pulled in and noticed several open bays, and heard the mechanics joking "that can't be good!" Went to the front desk and pleaded with the person upfront to please help me change out the tire for the spare, or that I'd even be willing to buy a tire if I had to. She said there was nothing they could do for me, but if I wanted to leave it overnight she'd be glad to help. I explained my situation, she said there was nothing she could do. I left, driving slowly down the street and pulled into Mr Tire. The guys were courteous and agreed to change it out quickly. Didn't even want to charge me for doing it.. I'll never be a Meineke customer again.. Mr Tire was a lifesaver!

I have used the same Meineke for years. I drive an older vehicle and they are good at maintaining it. The employees are friendly, professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

I recently had my condenser replaced under warranty at Meineke Car Care Center, and the experience was outstanding! The team was professional, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the process. They made the entire experience hassle-free, and I appreciated their attention to detail and excellent customer service. My Ford F150 was back on the road quickly, and everything is working perfectly now. It’s rare to find a car care center that combines expertise with such great customer care. I highly recommend Meineke for any car maintenance or service.

People were pleasantly helpful; too many people are not! Made an appointment on line the day before and car was inspected in a relatively short time the next day. Really, I don't have any complaints!

The front desk woman is always very sweet and detailed. She answers the phone right away and makes sure to give a correct cost estimate. I've never had an issue with any of the work completed and prices are right about where they should be-- after a coupon. With that being said..... This last time I went for a simple oil change.... I had an appointment for 12:30 and presented a 10 and 5 dollar combinable coupon. I didn't leave the building until about 2pm, and noticed later that the discount applied was for $14 not $15 (making my total just under $85 for full synthetic so good deal). It was also recommended that I get a tire rotation soon, even though I had just bought 2 new rear tires about 2 months ago (strange to move the new tires to the front so soon with no funky wear?) Keep in mind, this was the day or two before Thanksgiving, so I know they were busy and working hard. I will absolutely still go to them for my next service, but I will be a bit cautious. It's not like a dollar is going to break the bank; I just thought it was odd.

It was basic service, an oil change and 180,000 mile general inspection. They did it promptly, had the car ready quickly with no surprise charges. Exactly what they said it would be. I will be bringing my car back.

Prompt service; nice receptionist. Told I need tires, but got a second, reliable opinion, which confirmed I had 10,000 miles left on my tires. Makes me wonder if I REALLY needed to spend $350 on a tie rod…how do o know it was really replaced?

Excellent trustworthy service. After Mercedes told me I needed rear brake serviced (at a ridiculous fee of course), Meineke did an inspection and confirmed a have 5mm left. The manager of this location is top notch.

I took my 2004 vehicle in last week because it had a coolant leak and it needed the radiator replaced. I will say they got the job done in a timely manner, however, according to two other Meineke locations and a couple mechanic friends, they overcharged me a lot. The $1400 should've looked more like $1000. Not only that but now one of the brand new parts that they installed is leaking coolant fluid all over the place in my engine! I'll be taking my vehicle in later today expecting to have them fix the problem free of charge considering it's their part that broke. I was very disappointed with this location and will be taking my vehicle somewhere else next time.

5/5 all around! The service, the response rate and detailed report that was provided for my vehicle was very helpful! Rachel & Don were great to work with - they were very professional and knowledgeable. They even helped fill my E-board tire up with air as a bonus! Thanks again team - I will absolutely be returning for future car (& one wheel😉) needs.

They’re the upmost friendly, honest and professional shop I’ve ever been to. They have fast service and top tier mechanics working on the vehicles. I brought my vehicle in for tie rods, tire mounting, alignment and to get new tpms sensors. I was updated through the entire repair process didn’t need to call to check. They treat there customers with the most professional service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a honest mechanic. Very impressed and grateful for the crew here. Will be a forever customer here!
