The mangers there are very informative and went above and beyond beyond to help. Even extended an offer to help me with my day. That ment a lot to me. Being new to the State of North Carolina it’s was very stressful trying to find a car repair shop that I felt I could trust. Andrew is great and I forgot the other store managers name but he is great also. I wills definitely return for more car repairs

Lou was amazing! I had to come in to the shop for a diagnostic. Once I found out the problem for my check engine light I made the decision to get my vehicle serviced. I received a health inspection of my vehicle which included images and detailed information. I knew this would be a costly fix thankfully Lou recommended American Finance and I was able to get approved for a credit. My car was serviced in a timely manner and I’m very pleased with the customer service.

Great place to get an inspection. Greeted as soon as I arrived and my vehicle was immediately pulled into the shop. Inside is very clean. Rico and Andrew were both professional and friendly during the entire process.

I was told that my vehicle was fixed when it wasn't and I didn't know until after I already paid. They always upcharge and quick to get you to take a loan out to not completely fix the problem. I will never go back again

My car broke down and , I had AAA bring my car to Meineke on Freedom Dr. I was greeted by the Supervisor Andrew Lance, his professional attitude was above and beyond. He explained everything clearly, I received my car a day later. It was working better than ever. We need more people like him and the customer service I give an A+.

The personal and staff was so unprofessional they didn't take care of my property properly.Took it in for a transmission it took a month to get my car back and it dirty and oil stains my rug is black, oil hand prints everywhere and it still not fixed (transmission)
