I went to Meineke and was told the first day I went the a dynostic would be free. When I returned the next day I was told it's only free if they do the work their dynostic exam say I need. My service light was on. I found out after a friend's mechanic gave me one and said I had a 412.00 oil Change. That's all was needed to get rid of my engine light. My car would had been fine with just that. I told them I just wanted to know why the engine, service required light was on. They took advantage of me, a woman. CAN NOT TRUST ANYONE ANY MORE. I FEEL VIOLATED! Since my last post Travis, the manager, reached out to me and explained exactly why and what I paid 412.00 for. It was not explained to me initially such that I had no reservations no matter what was told to me afterwards. He also apologized for the miscommunication and offered to make things eight as they strive to give Excellent Service. I took him up on his offer and sent my sister there to have her car serviced, not only did he give her Great service but a price that could not be compared to all other quotes she had gotten. After which I brought my car back for an other item that was on my original dynostic exam and he could had charged me the price on that exam but it turned out it did not need or required all that was quoted and he lowered my final price. I would had not known the difference and the fact that he told me restored all trust and confidence, between my sister and my car, in him and his crew! They have REDEEMED THEMSELVES! I am very pleased and will allow them to continue to service mine and my sister's vehicle in the future. Thank you for restoring my faith in you and your crew Travis. Yall are APPRECIATED!

There was a mix up with the service I was getting & by the time it was discovered it was mid afternoon (on a Saturday). Despite it being busy, the manager (I forgot his name) made sure my car was serviced & even gave me a discount. Everyone makes mistakes, but the service recovery really makes a difference. My car is also emissions ready. This is the 2nd time I've been to this location and I've had great customer service. I will be returning with a another vehicle very soon.

Travis and his crew took care of my 350z even after a full schedule. He reassured me my car is good and that the quality of my car was totally worth my money after doingthe free digital health inspection. I do not recommend this car repair company, they are not serious at all. They took more than $2800 from me, and the breakdown is still there, and they tell me that I still have to pay. They are not serious...they have to give me my money back.

My grandmother visited this location and Mr. Travis and Mr. James took really good care of her. She went to different shops getting quotes for her Jeep and Mr. Travis worked his magic and got her a price she could afford. The wait time was great and the service was amazing. She said she not going anywhere else but here. Thank you Meineke for assisting my grandmother.

NOT!!!!! satisfying. Came in for an State Inspection on my truck yesterday and now my cooling fan running a long time after the truck is turned off and draining my battery. Will NOT come back for any type of service with this company. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!

Will give them one chance to correct this problem! AC stopped working. So I ask my mechanic to take a look. I got an oil change here over a month ago. Always check behind whoever works on your car! My air filter was put back in backwards and not attached properly. Causing my air compressor to FAIL from the stress put on it by shady work practices I did not ask for! I have contacted Meineke customer support and depending on there reply this complaint will be escalated!
