For everyone here who had bad experiences, you need to report Meineke to the Better Business Bureau to have them investigated. They broke something on my jeep and refused to own up to it and I had just had my car inspected and passed 2 days before I brought it in and I leave there and the check engine light comes on and they said there was a leak. If there was a leak, my car wouldn't have passed inspection. I showed proof and they still refused to fix it. So I will be filing a complaint with BBB. I rate them 0 stars. As much money as you take from people you need to fix what you broke. You do quick work and make mistakes. You don't care about the safety of your customers.

Just another cheating auto shop Brought my car in for NY state safety inspection. Come back in 30 mins and they tell me I need new wipers for $40 or else they fail inspection. So I paid. But I had 2 mos old Bosch wipers that were great. They didn't even return my existing wipers. And windshield wipers they did put on are absolute trash and wore out after 6 mos So $37 inspection ended up as $77 with obvious lie about windshield wipers. Avoid this place
